Strangest thing ever.Went there at 7::30 on a Saturday. You wait in line to order. No one was at the counter. My buddy who was gonna order left. He came back to the bar. I went to bathroom and got in the line. No one came to counter..... finally they came. And we still waited and waited to just order. I'm waiting and out of no where someone comes from the kitchen and says no photos. No photos of the kitchen.He yells at me.I said I'm not taking photos and show him the last photos in my phone. Which have none and he says I saw you.It's a burger, I'm just gonna leave. Close my tab and simply leave...Why is he so worried of a photo... what's going on in the kitchen that I didn't see.... I don't know but that is weird. Won't go back. Tooo strange

First time ordering fro this food truck and probably last, just based on customer service. Told 25-30 minutes. Came back in 45-50 minutes and still not ready. Told come back in 5. Still not ready for another 10-15. I understand things happen but the way it was handled was horrible. Burgers are pretty decent at least, but based on service and price, not worth it. Minimal respect for clients.

Their food truck was at Stick City Brewery today (also a great place!). My wife and I showed up at 5pm and they were so popular throughout the day they were almost out of all their food! They had enough meat for two burgers for my wife and I. The person working in the food truck made sure he could try and get us the burgers. Their burgers were AMAZING and so were their shoestring fries. We liked them so much my wife asked where they'd be next! If they're in your area make sure to try them!

Fries were not bad, but the burger was just so........ meh. Way too much old bay seasoning. And the chicken tenders looked and tasted like they came out of a box. I wish the guy well, but this was very underwhelming. Left without finishing either, threw the rest away. Going home to eat a salad. Wait time was quick. Said 10-15, had it done in 8.

Best burger around in Pittsburgh, as well as the smash burger quesadilla. Havent had a thing on the menu in didn't like.

A poorly run operation. Hour and a half late, and another hour wait for food (was told 20 minutes). Argued with me that they didn't forget my order when they did. The burger I was served was mostly loose meat in the bottom of the basket.

maybe if the burger was good it would be worth an hour and a half standing in line. watching these guys cook is like watching paint dry.
