What a terrible location they literally cannot even do a transaction correctly, so lack of common math and nothing special what so ever, just don't go here!

While visiting my old stomping grounds around Sharon Pa. the wife wanted to try the Western Pennsylvania staple a Fried Bologna Sandwich. We stepped into the Sharon Hotdog Shop and ordered. After a bit of a wait out came our 1st Course the side of coleslaw. for one I'm not a coleslaw either but I found their coleslaw to be quite tasty and actually ate most of it. Then we had a little wait and out came the hot dog with chili and cheese. We cut that in half and each had a bite or two. It was not bad but ,I must say I make the best hot dog chili in the world. Then after another little bit of a wait out came our fried bologna sandwich .we each had half of it and it was what was advertised a fried bologna sandwich with cheese. The owner was a great guy as were his crew. I will come back on my next trip home, I recommend you do as well.

Great food, great people and the cook is truly a delight to meet. Breakfast was fantastic and served very fast. The gyros are the best in the area.

Great staff and food. Best soups in the valley. That cook knows what she's doing. The $25 meal deal they have is our go to. Everything is always fresh.

While on the road for work I noticed a little hotdog shop, walked into an old school diner. The staff was very nice and the place is clean. Ordered two hotdogs (Coney and New York) with the potato dumpling soup. The soup is good but the hotdogs seem to be cold In the middle. Now I'm wishing I got a large soup and one hotdog (the Coney)

Hot dogs with sauce for $1? Yes please! We were visiting Sharon for Water Fire Sharon and had originally planned on going to Quaker Steak. We stumbled uponn this little shop on our way over and decided to have dinner there instead. It was a fantastic decision. The menu is basic, but there is a decent variety. But since it is a hot dog shop, why not enjoy their namesake. The Hot Dog shop also features home made pies and rice pudding, so save room for dessert. I'm not in Sharon very often, but the next time I visit, the Hot Dog Shop will be on my list of places to stop.

Very poor reception. I own a service dog was questioned I explained she was a service animal. I've been to other restaurants like Brookfield dinner, Truck World & out of the country never a problem till here. Made to feel uncomfortable because of it. So for us seniors that need a service dog or any other accommodations stay away. Not a good place to dine & there meals are simply lacking. Probably won't ever be that hungry again

I ordered an omelette and it was over cooked soggy veggies they must pre-make for everything and no cheese! the bacon was cold with cold grease on it. the toast was hard as a rock like they made it a while ago. I sent it back once for cheese and he slapped 3 cold cheese slices on top and sent it back to me. needless to say I left with a literal stomach ache. never going back.
