Big selection, but not a ton of chilled option. Staff was very nice. I like that they actually have buggies- so many beer stores don't!

Solid selection of beers of many types. Quiet location and helpful, friendly staff. Great to look around and see what's available. Nice selection of seasonal and unique beers.

Great local selections. Many ABV levels and styles of beers. Also had a really good selection of imported European brands.

Love this place. They always have a huge selection of imports and IPAs and the best part is they always have a special out front which is deeply discounted. Worth the trip down McKnight road

Great selection. Micro brews on the right wall continues on the left wall, international beer on the left wall, macro brews in the center, walk-in cooler in the back. We found an English beer sampler pack and some micro brew 6 packs that we're excited to try.

Save on Beer? More like SPEND on Beer. This place consistently has the highest prices on beer I have ever seen. I would suggest trying ANY place first before going there...

One of the best beer distributors I've seen in Pittsburgh! I always stop by this place when I'm in the North Hills. They have a huge selection and the service is always quick and friendly. If you like craft beer, this is a great place to check out. They always have great specials on certain cases right in the front of the store.

No employees or customers were ever allowed to smoke in SAVE ON BEER. EVER! I know, I work there.

Same selection as everyone else in the area. I stopped in on a weekday afternoon. No other customers in the store. I carried a case of beer to the counter and said hi to the cashier who did not respond. I was very surprised that the price was $6-8 higher than other beer distributors since, you know, the place is named "Save on Beer." Anyway when I mentioned my surprise, the cashier again did not speak but just handed me the receipt. I deliberately waited to see if he'd say thank you but you know he didn't. And of course, did not offer to carry it to my car like almost every other beer distributor In the area. Hey, I can carry a case of beer but with the inflated prices, there should be some degree of customer service. (Saying "hello" would be a good place to start.) I won't spend any more money here and with so many other beer distributors so close by, neither should you.

they used to have more discounted cases and , still good prices, a little smoky inside for my liking
