Sauce Pot

I'm originally from Moon Twp. and moved away in 1989, but never forgot about Sauce Pot pizza. A few days ago I was back in the area and was eager to give it a try. It was positively awesome. Looking forward to my next visit!

Great little family-owned biz with AWESOME FOOD! The pasta, pizza, subs (meatball is out of this world!) and soup are all really, really good!Been going there for years, and anytime I'm around the area, I always make a pit-stop! You'll ALWAYS get a smile and a warm welcome, too!!

We've been going there for pizza for years. They have what I can only describe as a 'bread pizza'. Your sauce and toppings are atop a delicious pillow of Mancini's bread, a Pittsburgh favorite. They also serve their hoagies on Mancini's rolls. The pizza can come baked or unbaked, which is nice because we live in the city, so we can pick up unbaked, and have fresh Sauce Pot pizza at home. A personal favorite of mine is their breaded cauliflower. Just the usual fried cauliflower, but if you ask them, they can make it spicy with some seasonings that makes it perfect.Make sure you hit the ATM beforehand, this place is CASH ONLY!

Don't let the appearance deceive you, the hoagies here are great, fish sandwich platter (only on certain days) is great, even the chicken Caesar salad is good, I heard that the lasagna is good too. I have not had a bad meal from here plus the owners are nice and friendly. *This is a cash only place.

A Coraopolis staple. Great pizza and hoagies. Would recommend stopping. Take out and delivery.

have eaten there before so that is why I stopped this time to try the fish sandwich , the sandwich was awful I could only eat a few bites of it , good thing I was siting outside so I went back in and got my money back..

Had pepperoni, sausage pizza tonight ! Great crust, sauce, sausage/pepperoni! Very enjoyable!

Decided to try here for the first time tonight, I've heard the meatball subs are great and was anxious to try it. Placed an order to pick up, when I arrived and was walking in the door an employee was running out and nearly plowed me over. Rude, but ok. Then he came back in and shoved past me again. Stood there a few minutes, another employee came out...he never acknowledged me either. Then the delivery driver came in...never acknowledged me. I stood there 6 more minutes watching them and no one ever offer to help, or said hi, or said I'll be right with you, or anything. I left. No one batted an eye or even asked if they could help me then. Absolutely terrible service!! I had my money in my hand ready to pay. Guess they weren't interested. Sorry for sticking them with the order, but have employees that actually care and I'd have loved to have had my order! I'll never return.

Ordered an Italian hoagie last evening. Very good. Lots of meat, no skimping here. Not soggy as bread was warmed and crispy. Will definitely be back to try more.
