Pretty disappointed with the crust & sauce.The sauce was bitter canned pizza sauce & crust was burnt and hard like a rock.The family hated it.I know why I never order here!Money in the trash can.

I'm basing this review on our trip today. We were at the Spartan Race in Windham this afternoon and stopped at Sam's on our way home. First off the pizza itself was easily a 4 star review, but that was the only good part. They have three booths inside. One was occupied by two kids, the other two by signs and pizza boxes. The manager acted like he was surprised anyone would want to eat inside.He dug up a couple cups and a roll of paper towels. The table was falling apart, and the stools at the bar were cracked and falling apart. They did give the impression that back when the restaurant was a more "happening" place to be and I'm sure the bar was lined with teenagers on date night. There were also a bunch of flies and stink bugs in the "dinning area".As far as the pizza goes it was really good. Very saucy and the crust had a nice crunch to it. They used fresh mushrooms as opposed to the typical canned mushrooms places used so that was an added bonus.All in all with the quality of the pizza this place could easily be a 4 star establishment. They definitely need a remodel and as it stands I couldn't recommend dinning I'm at Sam's. But I definitely recommend ordering it for carry out.

If you order through door dash the people at Sam's think it's ok to prepare your food late, treat the driver like she's a piece of dirt, give the driver half your order, and then treat her even worse when she calls about the things you didn't give her. No customer service at all. Will never deal with Sam's again.

Tonight was a good night. The half-sheet was very good. Could have used a little more sauce. Still haven't given Gionino's a shot.

Sam's is a Newton Falls, Ohio staple. My mom grew up in town, and even though we live up in Akron, we still have a lot of family in the area. What a great reason to stop by Sam's on our way out of town and pick up our favorite pizza - everything but anchovies! You can never go wrong with a Sam's Pizza - warm or cold, it's the pizza to beat.

Good Pizza, and the wings were pretty good. We were a bit surprised that they weren't really set up for dine-in, but they did try and get us settled in nonetheless!

Well, we finally went back for the pizza a few days ago. It wasn't quite as good as I remember but overall still good. The crust was nice, thick and done just right. I must admit though that the toppings were lacking. On one pie we had pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. They were there but I would have liked there to be more. The other pie was just pepperoni. It seems that they strategically place the roni so that there is only 2 maybe 3 pieces per slice. I don't know about you but I want more. Of course we had to get the cheesy bread sticks which are still delicious. And remember, you have to dip them in ranch dressing. Mmmm....Mmmmm.....Good.

Pizza was so so, 5/10Lady working the counter is rude, unfriendly. Needs some better customer service skills.

They have messed up our order EVERY TIME we have come here. We've waited 20-30+ mins PAST the time they told us our order would be ready, every time. We called several times tonight. No one answered. They were open. We walked in. Called while in the lobby. They all laughed and said, "Don't answer it. We're practically closed." Tried to order a cavatell with meatballs. "Sorry, we aren't serving pasta currently." What kind of a business shuts down production of their products before they shut down??? Also, the bugs flying around was the topper on that cake. This place sucks all around.
