Food is as ok. Italian San which didn't have much ch taste but fries were good. Service was as good because t atmosphere wasn't much to talk about

We stopped in today for the first time on Monday Nov 13th at around 1:00PM. There were no other customers inside when we arrived. The lady behind the counter did not greet us, but seemed put off by our very existence. We placed our order and found a seat. I ordered a bowl of black beans, a vegetarian taco, and chips with guacamole. My husband had a chicken taco, and pork taco. She delivered the guacamole and chips with my black beans first. My husband and I started on the chips and guacamole. The guacamole was so crazy salty that my husband didn't want anymore of it. We did mention it to her when she returned with the rest of our items. She apologized for it being too salty, and walked away. She never said anything else to us during our time while we were eating. She was on her phone pretty much the whole time. My husband says the food was average, but thought it would have been appropriate as a server to have offered something else when the guacamole was too salty. Maybe cheese dip or something else. It was not offered, and she didn't offer to get a different serving of guacamole either. When we left she was leaning inside the drive through window looking at her phone. I don't know who owns this place, but they need to get better help. The server whom I will call Mark O because that's what was on the receipt has no interest in your business. This place has great potential, but you have to have people who actually want to work for you, and clearly the customer service person on our visit today did not. I will post some photos from the outside I took. Such an adorable little place.

Literally the best tacos I've ever had!Very small cool atmosphere, staff was nice. I had the beef, chicken and pork tacos and the beef and pork were my favorite. My wife got the spicy beef and chicken and loved the spicy beef.

We stopped by the Rusty Bull for lunch with our family. We tried a variety of items: pork tacos, chicken tacos, beef tacos, nachos, and black beans. All were tasty. We preferred the flour tortillas to the corn tortillas. The nachos, even the smaller size, were plentiful.The restaurant is like a converted garage, with large garage style doors on either end that open to allow a lot of air movement through the space.We enjoyed our food and our visit and would certainly visit again. The staff weren't overly friendly, but the food was tasty.

Very nice little taco joint. Garage looking place work doors that open up to grab air. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, really great hand made soft tacos with fresh ingredients. I'll definitely stop in next time I'm visiting this part of the state.

The spicy beef taco there is just something about it ... delicious. Nice tacorea... can't wait to try the nachos.

This is the place to be honestly. Best food in the Steubenville area in my opinion. The atmosphere is amazing. It is in an old garage and one of the doors opens to more outdoor seating and there are Christmas lights and wooden tables and it is lovely. The tacos are fabulous and David (owner) is great and yes I just want to come here every single day.

Cheap tacos. The food is just average; no comparison to what you get in say, California. They do have Mexican pop (or soda). The help is indifferent and consists of goth dressed ladies who have bizarre stuff on the TV. Place has potential, but based on the times I have gone there management doesn't seem interested in customer service. If you need a quick bite and don't have a lot to spend, it's fine.

Fantastic tacos. The pork and chicken are the best. The open dining is fun when the weather is good.

Our new favorite place! Food is fantastic, and atmosphere is fun! Service good as well. Highly recommend!
