Rooz Brews

Rooz Brews is the only beer distributor I need. It's close to home and they carry all the local good stuff including Hitchhiker and Brew Gentlemen, saving me tons of time and gas as I can get all of my favorites in one place! The employees are incredibly friendly and always offer to carry my purchases to my car. Bonus is that they now have killer slushies. We love Rooz and willContinue to shop there and support their business.

Ohhhhh, I don't know where to start. Chris is the personality behind the business. He knows beers. Loves to explain the differences. Rooz has an incredible choice of just about anything... all efficiently displayed in a well-lighted, modern store. Very easy to find what you need quickly. Park right in-front of the store.The staff ALWAYS carry your beer purchase to your car. Something about great selection, fair prices and SERVICE reigns here. How many beer distributors have you been to that actually offer skilled information and service?Easy in; easy out. And SERVICE. Believe it.Visit. Make a purchase. Be surprised. Return and do it again. Same great service. If you didn't understand what I was trying to explain, let me rephrase: REAL SERVICE.NOT SELF-SERVICE!

Love this place. They are really knowledgeable about beer and they always carry your beer to your car. It's not a steel-walled concrete floor beer store. It's a nice place all around and feels like you're buying from an upscale beer store whether you're buying a Corsendonk or Bud Light.It's in Westmoreland county so the prices don't have the Allegheny county alcohol tax which makes it all the more worth it. And as said before, they ALWAYS carry your beer to you vehicle regardless of gender or age.

They always have the beer that you are looking for. Even the off the wall cases of beer that you'd think you would have to drive to the brewery to buy. Great place!

Feel like they run up the score on prices unless you buy a case. It's a shame as we want to give them business, and not give anything to a Sheetz which only changed a year or two ago offering alcohol. Simple 6 packs or single beers are horrid pricing , and they rip you on it. Everyone there is so nice, and they rip a six pack out of a dry room and charge by the bottle.... we will only get a case of beer when needed from now on where we know the price is legit. Otherwise the register controls based on who is walking in and what they are buying. Walk to Sheetz tomorrow and take a pic of their pricing coolers six pack/ single beverage. Don't let them win, even though most buy cases from your location. Your too customer friendly to lose any guest or customer regardless of what you offer. It's an inconvenience to drive elsewhere other than the plaza.

Awful experience here. Granted they have a great selection. However, if you need to special order anything from them its a terrible experience. I placed a special order they said they could get it and it would be in on their next truck, they have trucks tuesday and friday. I called tuesday and they didn't get it in, but said they would have it friday. Called friday, didnt get it in, was assured they would have it tuesday. It didnt come in. This went on for a month. Until I finally spoke with the owner. He assured me it would be in friday (today). My wife goes in to pick it up. Its not there. Terrible customer service, laziness at worst and lack of communication at best. If you can't get it then just say that, but if you just don't order it you don't care to serve your customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
