The spot everyone know about that no one knows about. If you drive past it during lunch or dinner it's always packed and that's for a reasonThe quality of food and prices is outstanding. Entire staff is so friendly and will remember you by the second time you goIt's a sports bar with TV's everywhere and a side area with booths so you don't have to be around the TVs if you don't want toGreat wing night on Mondays. You can get half of carrot a carrot cake for $6I've had every wing flavor. Spicy parm garlic then dry rub old bay are the top two by farBurgers are great quality that they get from the butcher in the strip, french fries are batter and Frieda (the best way to serve)Get yourself here for a game or Monday night wings

Back in the 80's, this was literally a one room bar with a few parking spaces. The owner has grown this business into a successful neighborhood asset and we love supporting it. During Lent, they're serving up some Yelp worthy fish on a dish with mac n cheese and stewed tomatoes. I added a bun for a $1 because I love slathering on some spicy cocktail and sweet tartar with a few squeezes of lemon to create the ultimate bite. This is one nicely fried big piece of cod. The mac n cheese was really good too. The broiled cod option was a little dry and coated in Old Bay. They have a great draft beer list and their service is really excellent. They offer lots of parking and have 17 huge TVs for sports junkies.

Great food and GREAT SERVICE!! Food is impeccable and fresh. Service is soooo friendly. This is my new "go to" in north hills. At 5 min to close, the kitchen had closed, but they still made my order. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! Most places give an excuse.. not here if they can make it quickly. Very impressed w customer service. Bar tenders were amazing.. no rush to close.

Haven't been to in a while decided to go for the ribs special. Glad we did. Rochester is a big place always have a choice where you want to sit. We have never had to wait for a table, even when busy. Service was immediate and cheerful. We ordered the ribs and fried chicken salad. Both plates were cleaned by the time we were done. The food was great and priced right for what they serve. Easy one to recommend for Yelpers. I do recommend the specials as they do go above and beyond. Enjoy.

We had driven around Pittsburgh on a Thursday morning in early December and eventually ended up in the Bellevue/Perry North/West View areas. We spent over an hour during lunchtime searching for a sit-down, non-fast food, restaurant that was actually open. Eventually, we drove by Rochester Inn, whose parking lot was almost full. Mistakingly thinking they must be good because it was so busy, we stopped and had lunch. We learned during our meal that it was so busy because nothing else was open. I looked this place up on Yelp after our meal and fully understand why it has a rating of 3.2. It must be the large selection of beers that draw customers and fill the parking lot.Definitely a sports bar, there were numerous tvs hung around the top of the walls along with the advertised 40 beers on tap. The 5 page laminated menu covered everything from pasta to wraps to hamburgers to appetizers to soups/salads to dinners to...well, you get the idea. I can't imagine the quality of their Atlantic Salmon or a Delmonico Steak. The word "frozen" certainly comes to mind. The tables were primarily 4 tops with an armored stainless steel covering and black vinyl chairs. To the restaurant's credit, each customer was served on porcelain plates and metal flatware. The napkins were quality paper. The server was friendly, helpful and professional. She checked on us at appropriate intervals.I had the Little Chester, consisting of a 1/2 pound of fresh special blend beef on a large bun with "The Works." The Works were slices of pickle, tomato, red onion and large chopped pieces of iceberg lettuce. Between the moistness of the hamburger and the Works, the bun fell apart about midway through the meal. I ended up eating the burger by itself and picked through the vegetable garden. The Little Chester had good flavor, but ultimately was just an ordinary hamburger. At $10, I was disappointed.I added the Golden Platter to my order. This included a side of Onion Rings and a dish of Coleslaw to my hamburger. The Onion Rings were seasoned well, properly fried, and sufficient in quantity. Coleslaw is a personal taste item, so even though I didn't like the flavor, that doesn't mean you won't like it.My son had the Bacon Cheeseburger with an additional sprinkle of Bleu Cheese on top of the bacon at his request. He had French Fries and a beer. He said the draft beer was cold. I found the fries to be ordinary and nothing to indicate they were fresh. If you are looking for a sports bar to enjoy a ball game along with a beer or two and standard bar food, this is your place.

The food is good here but a little over priced in my opinion. I had a fish special for lunch that was actually at the regular price. It was a piece of fish with Mac & cheese and stewed tomatoes for $15.99. They have a great draft beer selection and ample parking. The interior is large with a bunch of TV's in the bar area with a separate dining area if you so choose. I don't see very many young kids in here with their parents if any at all. An older crowd tends to congregate in the dining room and the back bar area while the younger people enjoy themselves in the bar. The service here is good as the people really hustle. Give it a try.

Food is good, friendly staff and the prices are reasonable, but they do a money grab by surcharging your debit card which is illegal Dobbs Durbin act and under Visa card rules. It's ok to add a charge to credit cards but not debit cards they are considered a cash transaction same as a check

Best wedding soup ( and most of their other soups are also delicious) that I have ever had. Tons of flavor and the right balance of broth, chicken, meatballs, noodles and spices. Just right. I haven't found better in 40 years around Pittsburgh.
