So my wife and I just bought a house in the area 6 months ago and wish I would have tried this place earlier! Like others have said, not many places deliver to the North side. We like to go for walks, and often walk past Riveria, and their staff is always friendly and busy. I sometimes go in there to grab something to drink and figured I would give them a shot. I called the night of the stadium series game, right at game time, so they were busy, really busy. While I was on the phone I heard him ask 2 other customers if they could please hold while he took other orders (my order). He was polite, understood everything and I was off the phone in less than a minute. Very easy and streamlined conversation, done! He said it would be 45 minutes. My chicken ranchero pizza was here in 35, it was actually 10 minutes early!!! The delivery driver was very friendly and even said sorry about the wait, even though he was early! The pizza was delicious! It had lots of chicken, bacon, and fresh tomatoes. Some places like to skimp on the chicken, but they don't!! Everything was very tasty, and they even included a side of ranch to dip the crust in! (I posted some pictures of the pie) I will continue to order from them as they've really impressed me, I can't wait to try the calzones, strombolis and hoagies!

Very rude! Online order for this pizza place for delivery. I got my e-recept, noticed an error, my fault. Within 2-3 minutes, was able to get through to the store. Let them know I had meant to order 1 xl Sicilian pepperoni and 1 LG traditional. Asked if I could change it. The rude guy, before I could finish the statement, interjected with , 'I would change it, but it's already in the oven, and that one cost more, like $24.66! So I can't change it. Sorry, " When asked how they got both pizza in the oven in less than 3 minutes, he just repeated himself and hung up the phone! I literally spent $63.67 (before tip) with 12 wings. I was pissed! The 1st and last time I order from them. Pizzas weren't cut through, and buffalo sauce were mediocre at best! The delivery guy I spoke to and said i had a cash tip for him, handed it to him after signing recipt, no hello, thank you or anything. I'm in direct contact with customers, so i expect the service i give. Minimum to at least open your mouth and say hi! I'll stay with my regular guys.

Not bad, pretty decent food. It's on the same level as most other pizza places, and it definitely hits the spot if you want basic pizza. However, it is a bit more expensive than other places. I tried the plain cheese calzone (large size).The calzone itself was very basic. They use the version of putting the tomato sauce on the inside rather than placing it in a cup, which makes the calzone more soggy usually (and this did occur here). The size itself was quite large, but it was also quite expensive. Not a great deal, especially considering I can get a similar sized calzone from Bellisarios for a significant discount.They use an ample amount of cheese, although I would have liked to see more ricotta. No sauces served on the side. Not too doughy, so a good ratio of bread to cheese. My major issue with it was that some of the dough was not fully cooked through. It was still somewhat soggy in some places. I really loved the buttery, cheesy dusting on the top, though.All in all, decent calzone and similar food. Has all the classics, like sandwiches, pizza place appetizers, calzone, stromboli, etc. Quality is overall meh and the prices are on the high side, so I probably won't order again.

Ordered a Caesar and got some random salad that had more dried up shredded parm on top than lettuce lolThe chicken Alfredo was pretty lame... low in taste and high in generic cream sauce The pizza arrived really fast... but only luke-warm temp? Just a little suspicious if you ask meOnly order from here if you don't have any other options - probably the first and only time I would order from here

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tonight we placed an order for pick up, and I'm glad we did. There were seven employees in the establishment, six working with food and one at the register. The only one in a mask was the person at the register. The other six employees, all preparing food, were not wearing masks. It's not they they were wearing them improperly, they didn't have them at all -- not even hanging off an ear or around their chins. Nothing at all. I asked why no one was wearing a mask and was told, "I don't know. They are supposed to wear them."We left without our order. We were regular customers of this location but won't be ordering from them again. This behavior is unacceptable during a pandemic and makes me question the cleanliness of the business pre-pandemic.

Not a big fan. I just moved to town and my husband has been ordering for years. He said they used to be better but the prices have gone up and the quality has stayed the same. He ordered a chicken teriyaki hoagie and I got the chicken Parmesan. His sandwich was poorly assembled and messy. The sauce made the bottom of the bread too soggy to support the sandwich. The chicken Parmesan was only okay for the price. The chicken breast came chopped up and mixed in with the noodles which made the chicken breading on the pieces a little soggy. My experience wasn't terrible, but definitely not the best. Not sure if I will order here again.

My boyfriend and I ordered Riviera Pizza and Pasta through Grubhub today. We ordered some fettuccine Alfredo, a cheese Sicilian pizza and an order of their mozzarella sticks. Let me tell you, I am not impressed. The pasta was okay, but tasted artificial. It definitely wasn't homemade. It could have used a lot more salt. The pizza was god awful too. It tasted like the pizza crust was a frozen crust ordered in that they through sauce and cheese on top. There was barely enough sauce and cheese on it as well, it was just a bite of bread with little toppings on it. The mozzarella bites were okay, but pricey for only getting 4. They weren't homemade either, definitely frozen and fried up. I'm so disappointed in the food I received. Nothing I had tasted homemade, and it was pricey too. For the 3 things I ordered it was about 45$ I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I never ever had any problems getting there food, there food is always amazing. But last night I ordered food and inside of my chicken rancho hoagie hair was in it. After that I will not be ordering anything again.
