Its not like the redneck riviera that's for sure. I ordered a half of a steak hoagie and my boyfriend ordered a Sicilian pizza with pepperoni sausage and green peppers. Please explain to me how that costs $41 dollars?? Because I'm from New York and these items wouldn't even be this expensive in New York. However, the hoagie was very good and the pizza was okay. It def was NOT Sicilian. The pizza was square but it was regular pizza dough. Don't make them fool you and break your bank. Just saying.

Had pepperoni pizza. Very bland. No salt tasted in any of the ingredients. Not terribly expensive on the plus side.

This is my go-to pizza/hoagie place in Lower Burrell. Wings and fries are good too. We've been going here for years. Guys are low key but very nice. As always the bottom line is: would you go back? That's an emphatic "yes" for me.

So far so good. We are somewhat new to New Ken area and have been looking for a pizza. We like TNT Dynamite but they don't deliver to us so we wanted to find something closer. Yes, we've tried Rosa's and some other places around but still looking for that "friday night after work" or "lunch at the office" pizza (not at a bar). So far this one is pretty good. It tastes more like a pizza we'd find in Allegheny county, which is a step up from some of the pizza around here. We do like some of the local pizza places, but have found their sauces to be distinctly .. not as sweet I guess .. as what we are used to. Riviera's tastes sweet like we're used to.So far Riviera hasn't disappointed. It doesn't always arrive hot, but the pizza itself is tasty. There are definitely better wing options other places, but these are "run of the mill standard pizza place wings" if you are into that. The ranch dressing (totally not a NY thing) is good and claims to be homemade. It's not as amazing as TNT's. The salad was good, but also not as good as TNT's.The dough is thick but somewhat soft and the pizza held together well.It says "Lamb Shawarma Wrap" on the menu. We wonder if the lamb is cut from the spit like real shawarma, or re-heated pre-cut frozen gyro slices so often found at pizza places. Online ordering was easy and we feel confident that they will deliver it. Also, you can use Door Dash (which is what we do for TNT Dynamite Pizza, when we're into that).Toppings: I prefer sliced onions to chopped, hoping to see that on tonight's pie. This is our second time ordering in the last two weeks. The meatballs on the pizza are good but I suspect come frozen -- feel free to correct me on that. The pepperoni was fine. I'm skeptical about mushrooms -- the jury is still out on whether or not they use canned mushrooms. If the owner were to ask me, honestly, what could I change about my pizza place? Three things: fresh cut fries, lamb cut off the spit, and a combination wing dust + spicy bbq sauce. Ditch the mango habanero, there are better things you could be wasting your time on.UPDATE: They did deliver and yes they used sliced onions, which I prefer over chopped. We "doubled" the portion and this come closer to what we'd expect from a place like Pizza Roma, my personal favorite local Pittsburgh pizza (up 910, Emerling Plaza). They did listen to our request for less mozzarella. Overall very happy, though the pizza wasn't very warm when we got it (oh well).

This is almost a weekly dinner choice for us. We typically stick to just pizza, but the garlic knots and dessert fried dough is very good. We had a meatball calzone once too and it was very good. Pizza is delicious! Definitely give this place a try.

The pizza is good. I wish they would clean the shop up a bit. Kinda grungy. I think they are a 3.5.

I rated a 3 because to me, it's your average, run-of-the-millAmerican-style, pizza shop with good quality, not great, but good quality food. One of the top 5 I'd say in a 5-mi area of Lower Burrell. Some might knock that, but we all have our opinions and that's why this app exists - to offer your own opinion. The pizza snob I am, this is how I break down pizza.Nostalgic - This is that absolute crappy pizza you got at some point in your past and for reasons that vary, stuck with you. You get it because it's barely tolerable every once in a blue moon, but you tolerate it to reminisce.Cheap - This is from your teenage and early adult years, where your lunch consisted of the cheapest meal around. Think chains...Quality American style pizza - this category encompasses everything from Detroit style, Chicago style, New York style, etc that uses various dry cheeses and toppings like pepperoni.Italian Margherita pie - thin, bubbly crust, a light sauce that isn't overbearing, and fresh mozzarella. And the only topping allowed is fresh basil! That's my categories. So when I say a pizza is 'the best' it must be put into the context of the categories above. The best Nostalgia can, at a very rare time, equal the best American style.Note I didn't say it can equal the best Italian Margherita.... Nothing can compare to a Margherita in Naples.

Don't care for the sauce on the regular pizza. If not for the fact that we really like the white pizza I would never order from there. They mess up something with the order 90% of the time. Either they make a red sauce pizza with the correct toppings instead of white, forget one topping that we ordered on a white pizza or send us the TOTALLY wrong order. I swear they don't read. I have to make sure I check the order before I leave every time

The customer service is the worst! Every time I call the guy who takes the order always seems as if he's disoriented & lazy. How can you be lazy at work!? He slurs his words. He be mumbling. Don't give you a total or say thank you. Bad manners doing business. I hate bad customer service when spending my hard earn money. Everyone has a bad day but this happens on every call. I only enjoy two items on the entire menu. They lost a loyal customer!
