Golf was fine for my groups expectations and skill levels. We enjoyed the front 9 more than the back. I would play again. $40 for 18 and a cart on the weekend is not too bad.

Originally had plans to play golf here with some buddies but unfortunately I had an accident a few days ahead of tee time and physically couldn't play but still wanted to accompany my friends on the golf course and relax cheer them on. Showing up at 6:30 am for our tee time Judge Judy in the pro shop decided to play God and used her mighty power to make sure no spectators were allowed on the course. Upset and not sure why this "rule" exists I left but after my friends round I was informed how the course management proceeded to harass my friends during their round as if this pathetic course has some high standards of professionalism and upkeep sitting in the rundown rotting hole of a town. News flash your not oakmont take whatever business you can

Bad course, owners point fingers at kids if any divots, chunks, or bunkers are not fixed. Me and my buddies played a round of 18 and respected the course thoroughly. We always make sure to fix our chunks and rake the bunkers. After our round we received a call from the course informing us that we are banned and that we trashed the course. There must have been 15 other groups on the course at the same time as us and many more before. Since we are kids, the owners point fingers and served us the ban hammer!

Best little secret in Western Pa. owners are fantastic and friendly, Kirk is the man. Helpful and does double duty as the bartender. Beautiful outside covered porch, cheap prizes for food and beer, full bar.Course is love as well, although I like the back nine slightly better than the front. Not easy but not hard either. This place is superb cause they (owners and Kirk) are so friendly and accommodating. Play here several times a month. Great place

Greatest course ever. Oakmont country club can eat a D. Only thing good about Oakmont is the bakery and conevours. Its bumpy and soft in the same place.

The course is a swamp with the greens in terrible shape from skid marks from the mowers. Carts get stuck in all the fairways due to mud and poor drainage. I know it is late in season but to actually charge someone to play this course in the shape it is in is a disgrace.

Played on Wednesday at 10 and course was almost empty. Was told because of scathing review. That is what prompted this review: I play 3-4 times a week within a 45-50 mile radius of PGH I know that nearly every course has been severely affected by our torrential rains and cooking sun. Many courses are nearly unplayable. I was very surprised to find all of Riverview's greens in great shape. The fairways do have areas burned out but unlike many other courses you can roll your ball within a foot or so to excellent fairway grass. The traps are undergoing some major work, with many having new sand At $25 weekly rate I will be back soon and often.
