Ribcage Bbq

Gigantic portions, as has been noted here before, but the ribs are just not tender enough. The real problem is the sauce that they use. A bizarre, almost sickly sweet tomato based BBQ sauce that they slather over everything. That's another complaint. If your meat has to be drowned in sauce, you know the quality is poor. I would definitely not eat here again until changes were made to the mop.

Yes, portions are huge. The ribs are country ribs and tough. Pulled pork has absolutely no flavor! It left a bad aftertaste! Horrible sauces, tomato based.

All time favorite BBQ. The sauce is so different and amazing. Sweet and tangy is to die for! My husband and I love coming here, and have tried just about everything, and it makes it so hard to choose what to get. Whether it's eating in, or take out we've always had a great experience. Our toddler son even loves it too. Cannot pass up the delicious cole slaw with dinner, and the fresh cut cheese fries. Now, every time my parents come for dinner we know what we're getting. Cannot wait for the next time we order!

Had a delicious sampler with a chop and hot sausage,fries and slaw. Everything was suberb. Your sweet and spicy sauce is delicious. Lick the Styrofoam from all sides. New customer, a definite again.

Food was not only good,but OMG the portions are huge!!!! The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the 10 min wait for them to run the credit card. Apparently, they have to share the main phone line with the credit card machine.

I went here one evening with my wife. I was immediately impressed by the open pit grill so we ordered a large rack of ribs. We choose the rich and savory sweet sauce. We received our ribs which came on 2 plates with ribs drowned in sauce. Imagine a bowl with sauce and a bit of meat at the bottom. It was simply too much sauce! We also thought the sauce tasted like a sweet spaghetti sauce. we ended up throwing more than half of it away. BUT THE FRIES WERE GOOD... We won't go back.

45 minute wait for 2 items is ridiculous regardless of quality of food. Only five other cars in lot at time.

Best ribs and sauce around. Ribs are tender and thick and cooked over a pit. Sauce is mild , medium, and spicy.

I like the ribs and the sauce. I get the hot sauce.My kind of rib place. Great fibs and sauce.

John and Barb deserve 5 stars for service alone. Food is outstanding. Usually go for the woodfired BBQ but went for the fish today. Wow. Everything was oustanding from the huge fish sandwich ( great breading), cheese fresh cut fries, slaw, macaroni and cheese, and hilushki. When I brought home the food today my wife simply said, "they sure know how to cook!" Oh yeah don't forget to try the stuffed banana peppers when John has them. I could go on but just go try it yourself. You wont be disappointed.
