If this review were based solely on the product, it would be at least four stars. However, I cannot overlook the unfriendliness of one repeat offender. On one occasion, my significant other and I were in there to buy a bag of their freshly-made flour tortillas, and they were out. The workers who make the tortillas had a bunch made for a big order, and told us we could have one of the bags, as they could just make another batch to replace the bag they were giving us. The young woman, who I assume is either the manager or the owner, overhears what's going on and more or less yells at them in front of us, "THAT'S A BIG ORDER. YOU BETTER BE ABLE TO MAKE NEW ONES BY THE TIME THEY COME IN TO PICK THEM UP." First off, you don't yell at your workers in front of customers. Second off, way to (not) try to accommodate said customers. Nevertheless, we thanked the workers, purchased the tortillas, and left.On my most recent trip there, I was perusing the drink cooler. That same owner/manager woman, who had not even remotely been near the cooler as she was ringing customers up at the register, all of a sudden rolls over a cart of drinks and goes, in a very low key tone, "trying to put some stuff in there." Why would you nudge someone out of the way when they're going to buy something from you? Also, there is a much more tactful way of doing so. But I didn't even get a smile or a "excuse me." Basically was told to get out of her way, when I was nowhere nearly in her way to begin with. I still made my purchases but I was very sure with my body language and tone with her at the register to let her know I didn't appreciate her lack of tact.I know this place has a great reputation, because it churns out some very good product. But if this is how customers can expect their experience to be, I want no part of patronizing this business any further.
