Love love love the hatch green chili guacamole from Reyna Foods. It is worth the trip alone. The avocado tomatillo salsa was also very good. They also have fresh tortillas (both corn and flour), homemade tamales, and serve fresh to order food now too. I didn't love the tortilla chips but still worth a trip for the guac!

The best in town!We have been going to Reyna's for years now. The homemade tortillas cannot be beat. Check the rack in the back for fresh and warm ones. You can watch how they are made too. Employees are always helpful and friendly. We always buy queso, salsa and chorizo as well. My only complaint is you have to watch for dates. Somethings are a few days out. The handwritten numbers are the day they are made so personal preference how far out you want to go. The tamales are too salty for us but could be our taste.Overall, we've never had anything we didn't enjoy

Perfect place for authentic Mexican groceries. The shelves are full of ingredients you can't find in other grocery stores like Giant Eagle or even Whole Foods. Our biggest win was finding a 12-pack of Maltas! My husband loves them and they're very difficult to find here in Pittsburgh.

THE place to go when shopping for authentic Mexican food ingredients when cooking at home. When the weather is nice they roast fresh poblanos and other peppers in front of the store. I love taking these home to add to recipes.Anything and everything you could need is here.

Had an arepa here, it was super delicious! The corn tortilla was out of this world - it's pretty thick, crisped to perfection! Also had some tamales but wasn't a big fan of those. I think they were pork but I feel that the saltiness masked the pork flavor. However, the corn flour was very tasty.Service was super friendly, nice. Would highly recommend arepas, will need to try more tamales to get a better feel.

Fantastic street tacos! We only went to the stand outside but perfect for a snack on a Saturday stroll. Two tacos come with each order- we had gotten chorizo, brisket and chicken. They fill the tacos and then have a bar on the side with all the fixings (guacamole, onions, lettuce, tomato, tomatillo, corn. Sour cream, salsa). The chorizo had a fantastic kick in it. The only downside I had there was that the fixings were starting to get slim and there wasn't a lot left. I'm sure they restock and it gets harder when it is so busy. There are also a few picnic tables outside that you can stop and eat at

If this review were based solely on the product, it would be at least four stars. However, I cannot overlook the unfriendliness of one repeat offender. On one occasion, my significant other and I were in there to buy a bag of their freshly-made flour tortillas, and they were out. The workers who make the tortillas had a bunch made for a big order, and told us we could have one of the bags, as they could just make another batch to replace the bag they were giving us. The young woman, who I assume is either the manager or the owner, overhears what's going on and more or less yells at them in front of us, "THAT'S A BIG ORDER. YOU BETTER BE ABLE TO MAKE NEW ONES BY THE TIME THEY COME IN TO PICK THEM UP." First off, you don't yell at your workers in front of customers. Second off, way to (not) try to accommodate said customers. Nevertheless, we thanked the workers, purchased the tortillas, and left.On my most recent trip there, I was perusing the drink cooler. That same owner/manager woman, who had not even remotely been near the cooler as she was ringing customers up at the register, all of a sudden rolls over a cart of drinks and goes, in a very low key tone, "trying to put some stuff in there." Why would you nudge someone out of the way when they're going to buy something from you? Also, there is a much more tactful way of doing so. But I didn't even get a smile or a "excuse me." Basically was told to get out of her way, when I was nowhere nearly in her way to begin with. I still made my purchases but I was very sure with my body language and tone with her at the register to let her know I didn't appreciate her lack of tact.I know this place has a great reputation, because it churns out some very good product. But if this is how customers can expect their experience to be, I want no part of patronizing this business any further.

I used to come and shop regularly but I am done with the terrible customer service. I am currently still on hold after 12 minutes. Someone answered the phone, asked that I hold, and it's been almost 13 minutes where I get to listen to this woman have conversations. I had one simple question and that couldn't be dealt with so instead I get to listen to her. Please patronize Las Palmas or Veracruz or even drive out to Coraopolos to La poblanita. Gone are the days when this used to be a great place.
