First things first, while I did not dock any stars from my review, people should be aware there is *no* ramen served at this restaurant. At least not in the classically associated Japanese sense. In fact the restaurant offers mainly Chinese dishes. That said, naming aside, I'm still thrilled to give it five stars. The hand pulled noodles in our meals were perfect. As were the pork and duck. The flavors were well balanced, and the ingredients were top notch in their quality and preparation. But the star of the evening was the pan fried pork dumplings (sheng jian bao). The restaurant itself was clean and spacious. The decor is homey and welcoming. The service was largely attentive though I had to fake my way with some bad mandarin. Thankfully the menu has numbers and pictures if you experience a bit of the language barrier. Headline - Ramen King was a very pleasant surprise across the board. Great environment with dishes that all held their own.

Automatic 3 stars for not taking American Express.Menu is informative. Obviously a lot of time was spent creating an intimate atmosphere for couples and groups. The vegetable rolls were crisp. The dipping sauce was overly sweet. The shrimp poke bowl was a mixture of shrimp, crab salad, seaweed salad, edamame, corn & spring greens. The ramen noodles were hand cut. The noodles & bok choy were separated from the broth with shrimp. The broth had a lot of ginger. Ample parking.

Ramen was highly recommended to me and in no way disappointed. The handmade noodles, the delicious soups, and the amazing Bao all led to a wonderful meal. There are lots of options for vegetarians. The soups are very filling, especially because of the noodles. Everything was authentic Chinese. The menu had lots of great choices, especially appetizers and soups.I would definitely go again. The service was excellent and everyone there was warm and welcoming. There is plenty of free parking. Restrooms were neat and clean.

My first time at ramen king 2 and I am already ready to go back. It's beautiful and clean inside with delicious options of dumplings, noodles, sushi, and more. Everything came out fresh and I enjoyed each bite more and more. Love the creativity and the portion size! Service was perfect and everyone was so happy. Thank you again! See you VERY soon!

I forgot to check reviews here as my daughter was looking forward to Japanese ramen. She did like the roast pork noodle soup though I ate the meat. I liked the salt and pepper chicken nuggets but she didn't. She also didn't like scallion pancakes as much. The eggplant with garlic sauce is a huge portion. It was a little too mushy for me. We're definitely going to try this place again now that we know what to expect. Service was quick and attentive. Lots of seating and clean environment.

Very busy Saturday evening with some chaos around seating based on pagers for some and wait staff arbitrarily seating others. Food was excellent from ramen to noodles and pork buns. However, menu items appear to be named very generically. Viewing window into kitchen and hand-pulling noodles was unique. Definitely recommend!

Hands down the best Ramen in the area, though some might take issue with the name. I had the roast pork noodle soup and wife had stir fried noodles with shrimp, both were outstanding ... hot, fresh, packed with flavor, especially fresh ginger & quality ingredients. We shared an order of pork steamed soup xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and they were fabulous. The space is open, clean and welcoming the staff attentive and friendly. Watching the chef noodles pulling the noodles by hand is an added treat. Looking forward to returning soon and trying some of the other items, hoping the pictures of the kung pao chicken are representative and there's FINALLY a place in Pittsburgh that makes it properly.

While I liked the food, the service was extremely slow. Took 45 minutes to get the check and boxes even after asking multiple people. 3 hours later my wife got extremely sick and working in the food industry myself this would possibly relate to food poisoning. I understand it is new. But none of this should've happened.

This was...not a good experience. First off, they don't serve Ramen. Second, what they did serve just...wasn't good.I had the duck noodle. It was a small, very fatty piece. I removed it out of the soup and began picking what little meat was on it off. The server was hovering around me, saying I should've ordered something else...no, bud, I've had duck ramen PLENTY of times before at much better places. You should serve better food, and shouldn't hover around correcting my order.
