Terrific local spot for breakfast. Easy weekday street parking, lovely staff and quick service. Yummy biscuits and gravy, breakfast burro with sausage. What a find, yelp does it again!!

We were aiming for their breakfast. But with two families and three toddlers to herd between us we sailed right past breakfast and into the lunch rush. The waitress handled the chaos expertly. I was relieved to find (essentially) a breakfast sammich on the lunch menu. Hubs had the French dip. The only downside was that the place is on the small side so our party was split between two tables, it's ok Yelp we survived. I don't know what was in the Mac and cheese side but my toddler ate almost the whole plate, and it's a ratio of a small-ish toddler to a larger plate. We drove down (or up) from Oglebay lodge and we were glad we did.

Always delicious, & the lunches have generous amount of meat. They need to advertise more, because it's hard to see when you're driving by.I wouldn't have known about it if my dad didn't tell me, but this place didn't disappoint. I loved my pastrami blt, & I stole my dads gravy for my fries :) so good

Great diner style spot in Wheeling. Honestly, its the only place I eat at in wheeling. Everything is fresh and consistent. Staff is always on point despite being really busy. Perfect lunch/breakfast menu with a nice selection and everything is done well.

The waitress was wonderful and friendly. She talked to us like we were family almost. She was super quick and very accurate with the order. Order was ready within 15 minutes and I have not one complaint. Everything was super hot and fresh and was very very reasonably priced. Quality is like you got all the ingredients and made a home cooked meal. Amazing! I'll be back very often! Yummy!

Best biscuits and gravy I have ever had in my entire life. Small little place, HUGE personality!

We are here for the Blues Festival and stumbled upon this amazing place. It's is clean and the service impeccable. The food came out fast and just off the griddle hot. The servers all were super friendly, attentive and helpful. What a treasure of a cafe. We will be here every day during the festivities.

The service was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience was perfect. The food is delicious (highly recommend the hand cut fries!), served quickly. Very reasonable prices and large portions! I wish the owner, Jeremy, the best of luck! Will be returning here often

In May 2023 they moved to North Wheeling location, Main Street, sharing newly remodeled Carlitos building. Rachel's will serve breakfast and lunch. Brief close. And Carlitos will do dinner hour.Historic building just north of Wheeling Tunnel, with E-Z access from I-70. Along the Ohio River side of Main Street, by the fire department. Newly remodeled outdoor deck with views of the Ohio River. Take a walking tour of Old Town Victorian Wheeling, either before or after your meal!! (You are just north of the very historic Suspension Bridge, and the site of the 1777 and 1782 Battles at Fort Henry; Betty Zane's run for the gun powder.)
