P's Bird Wagon

I found this food truck at a local event and was not disappointed. The line was long so I knew it had to be good. The people running the truck were friendly and working as quickly as possible to get everyone's food out. I ordered the 4 chicken wings with fresh cut fries and everything was delicious! I haven't had chicken that good in a long time. The wings were huge and had a lot of meat on them. Seasoned just right and cooked perfectly. If you see this food truck out and about it's definitely worth the wait in line.

Two stars for the owners, they were very nice. Food not so good, overcooked chicken and fries. Almost inedible. Had this at Bloomfield Italy Days.

Chicken entrees of different kind's available, emphasis on fried! A very good food truck. The Cole slaw and Mac and cheese sides were fantastic!
