I'm not sure where the low ratings come from. I found the experience to be fast and efficient, with a really good result. I'm taking one star back because I feel like they gouge you on the drinks from the cooler.I got an peach iced tea that I can get anywhere for a buck or so. Here, I was charged over $3 for the same drink. Other than that, I can't complain.The place was clean and the service good. I couldn't make up my mind since they have a pretty extensive sandwich menu. I finally decided on a regular cold sub of ham and cheese. I really expected something ordinary, but I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised.The bread was fresh, a seeded sub roll. There was certainly a generous amount of fresh sliced ham inside, with a good quality American cheese. I was asked if I would like anything else on it.I chose tomato, onions and mayo, along with sweet red peppers. The toppings were pretty generous, giving every bite the same taste and texture. Too many times, the condiments shift and one bite can be quite different from another.In this case, every bite end to end was the same.The ham and vegetables were fresh and vibrant.The price was a bit more than I expected, but not out of line for the location.It seems the closer you get to downtown, the more you expect in pricing.Even with that, the cost wasn't out of line, and the menu has a $1 off coupon.Over all, you can be sure I'll be back to try some of their other subs.They do a good job.

I was in the mood for a vegetarian hoagie and wanted to try something other than Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's - Primo was a great decision!I had Nonna's Veggie sub and it tasted delicious - the bread, cheese, and vegetables all tasted very fresh. I also liked that I could add on some additional ingredients like banana peppers at no additional cost. Definitely would order here again!

First time at this franchise and not impressed with the service. I ordered a 9" inch hogie that cost $14. Which I guess food costs are overpriced everywhere these days. But what blew my mind was it took two guys to make my hogie. I'm the only one in the restaurant. I watched them struggle to figure out what ingredients were in front of them and they were more interested in their conversation than making my food. The food was ok, but for the cost and the service, not worth it. I will be going somewhere else in the future.

If you don't have 45 minutes to eat, don't eat here. There were only 3 people in the restaurant and this was, by far, the slowest service EVER from any restaurant, including sit down ones. And asking for a tip upfront for this kind of crappy service is even worse. As for the ambiance, it's just a small, fast-food like layout. Not the cleanest. Bathrooms locked which is insane. As for the food, it was ok. I won't be back. Potato salad was like any store brand, pre-packaged one. The hoagie was just ok. Again, for the high price, it should taste like fresh deli sliced meats & cheeses. Instead it tasted like Subway. It really was bland and nothing spectacular. Way overpriced for portion size and quality and way, way, way too slow.

I love hoagies & am always in search of hoagies that I've only heard about. Recently, I had the pleasure of having the 9" Primo size Abruzzi, sliced pork, cheese & broccoli rabe on a sesame roll. It was very good but found it to be light on fillings for the 12.99 price. This being my first, I did not know what to expect. Next time, I think I will ask for it to be heated. I believe the bread makes the sandwich & found the sesame roll to be fresh & delicious! It was a very good sandwich! I got an appropriately priced order of Mac salad that was to my liking & not very sweet. Of course, not as good as mine but not bad. Better than most.As far as the service, it was friendly & efficient! I met a woman who told me that she & her husband had recently taken over the shop. She was very friendly & engaging. She asked if I would like a tshirt & gave me 2, along with some material bags. She made sure that my visit was a pleasure. I will return to try other sandwich on the menu.

I was visiting another location within the Terminal when I discovered PrimoHoagies. The first thing I noticed was how immaculate the dining area was. Although, I dined outside on the patio both areas were spotless. The staff was engaging and friendly and my meal tasted and was served perfectly. I enjoyed the steak sandwich & my side of macaroni salad. Both items were absolutely delicious. As a side note their menu offers coupons so be sure to take advantage of the savings!

The chicken Diablo was so good and also the bread was soft and better than subway and other sandwich stores. Also my wife too vegetarian option and it was amazing. BTW they have many vegetarian options
