I am a sucker for a good Italian hoagie, and Primo has the best of the best! I LOVE the Italian Diablo on the non seeded bread. Yes, it's pricey. But the quality and quantity is above the rest! There is like 1 table inside so just get your subs to go. Service is friendly. They always get my subs right. Love Primo and can't wait to go back.

The sandwiches are good, not great but good. Definitely not worth it for the size or price however. Jersey Mikes and Jimmy John's are both better, you get more, and it is now where near what primo charges.

I have been craving a jersey style chicken cutlet sandwich and primo's was recommended. I got the chicken suprimo add pesto. The primo size was $18 and change; I thought it would be a big hoagie! Wrong. I was very disappointed in the size and quality for the price. The chicken was ok but was a little burnt and dry. It was like a bunch of cold, room temp items were put on a toasted bun; the red peppers were cold and slimy, cheese was not melted, and chicken was room temp. The bun was also pretty hard. The sandwich was also very dry, even with the added pesto. Staff was nice but Primo left a lot to be desired. I probably won't return. Wish we had an authentic chicken cutlet sammy!

We've driven past PrimoHoagies so many times and were excited to finally give them a try. Unfortunately, our experience was very underwhelming. We expected a lot more for the price ($10+ for a small sub). My sandwich was okay but nothing special and definitely not worth the price.

Went to the McMurray PA, location. Poor location no parking in a small plaza. First thing I saw was a dirty lobby. FOOD crumbs and paper. Didn't not order anything. Won't be returning. Good luck

Hoagies are awful. Asked for LTO on a hoagie. No toppings were added. A small hoagie is like $10. Service is very poor. Go somewhere else if you want a decent hoagie. Jersey Mike's is much better. Not sure how they are even in business.

The getting the order right is still a challenge. It's becoming more of a challenge. I won't pay for upgrade ingredients because there's a good chance they'll just forget.P.S. Pizza Al's hoagies are pretty solid.

My first experience eating a Primo Hoagie and I was blown away! Ordered the Italian which came on a seeded roll. They hand sliced all the meats to order right in front of you and were very generous with the fillings. The sandwich was out of this world delicious!!! I have never had a hoagie this amazing! I WILL be back.
