The girl that took my order and gave me my food was very friendly. I called and placed an order for myself for an order of cheese sticks and a steak hoagie with just onions, peppers, and mayo, and the order was ready when I arrived. I viewed the menu online before ordering. I understand that prices have gone up over the past year, but the online menu is extremely outdated in relation to price. When I got to the bar to pay in person, my total was over 30% higher than what I was expecting based on online prices. Cheese sticks were subpar- typical frozen ones. Steak hoagie was ok, but was smaller than I expected and didn't come with anything. I can get a hoagie double the size at my hometown hoagie joint. I probably won't be back, considering there are many better restaurants in the Fayette county area.

Came here since my husbands family doesn't live to far from here and this is where his family used to come for get togethers. It's fantastic! The food was absolutely AWESOME! The service was wonderful. Our server Shaunna was so sweet and attentive. If you decide to go I would ask her personally. Also the burgers do not disappoint and they hold true to what is described!

I can see no one has reviewed Potter's in a while, so I felt the need to post. First note - yes they take credit cards now - I was told by my friend they are under new ownership. A younger guy was bagging our take out order and may have been the owner. The hot hoagie was the same as I remembered. The salad as well - which is good because I love that house dressing, but have to give away the beets and tomatoes (not my thing) so I wish they offered a lower dollar option so I'm not paying $6 for lettuce, onions, and dressing.I'm impressed they have a chicken and spinach sandwich now, and their onion rings had a type of beer batter on them and they were really good. Happy I did an order and will definitely hit them up again the next time I'm in town.

Potter's is one of those local places that you just crave every once in a while. Their antipasto salads are unique and delicious. I am also a sucker for the dog delite - 2 hot dogs on a bun with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Sounds absurd, I know, but it's a special treat! Their menu has some other interesting combinations that you'll have to try. They used to be cash only, but now you can use a card. If you're looking for classy, this isn't it. It is an affordable option for the whole family.

First let me just say that if you are looking for gourmet dining or a polished atmosphere--don't go here. Potters isn't that place. If, however you are looking to sample the local flavor, you won't find a place more authentically Uniontown than this. It ain't flashy, but it's great. Let's start with the burgers which are truly unparalleled. It all hinges on the fantastic bread which is a bit unorthodox, an oblong bun more like a roll than anything. The soft texture and, buttery flavor of these things is unique and, combined with the super juicy patty, makes for a delicious experience that can't be found anywhere else. Apply that same bun to any of the other sandwiches and you've got an all star lineup. People also love the anti pasta salad, and the "divots" (deep fried homemade potato chips), are another nice, unique touch. The atmosphere is always lively, a real family place. The staff is always friendly, and the pens, buccos, and stillers are always on the TV.I can't end this review without mentioning value because you won't find better prices literally anywhere. Nearly everything on the menu can be had for less than $7. It's like they froze the prices in 1995 and haven't touched them since. You can feed a family of four here for less than $30, which is unbelievable in this day and age. This place IS Southwest PA at its finest. Food, family, fun--GO STILLERS!

Potter's is easily my favorite restaurant in Uniontown. I generally like to use Potter's as a meeting place to catch up with friends on a regular basis because it is very laid back. I also like Potter's because it is a place my dad and I used to go to a lot when I was younger so it holds a special place in my heart!Pros: Potters has the best antipasto salads in the area. Also, the prices aren't bad although I will say the prices have gone up over the years and portions have gotten smaller. My favorite thing off the menu here is the Fried Chicken Salad --- it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, beets, onions, fried chicken strips, fries, and potter's own house dressing! Cons: The service is definitely below average here. Once you get your meal and your check has been laid on your table, you can pretty much forget getting a refill on your drink, etc. Also. . .parking can get a little tight on the weekends but Potter's opened up an extra lot in front of the restaurant a few years back which has helped with that problem.Highly recommend Potter's. It is a family friendly atmosphere and you can't go wrong!

Great food & great service, only wish Potter's had better food serving hours. Serves excellent burgers, sandwiches, & salads & at one time could eat lunch there, sadly not now.
