Seriously? I order a chicken salad and get this many hearts of lettuce? Portofino's really doesn't care about quality.

the food is excellent, but the service both inside and on the phone needs improvement . they put you on hold for more then 8 minutes and do not apologize for it. rude at times. customer service matters, not just the food.

I never knew this place was tucked on 51, but my aunt picked up a white pizza for trick or treating. She added pickles and dill to turn it into a pickle pizza which was SO delicious, but even the pizza plain was super good. I'm a crust girl and loved the crust on the pizza. The ratio of cheese to crust was great too. The white sauce was super flavorful.

If you're looking for an authentic Italian pizza experience, look no further than Portifino's! The owners are from Italy and they know their stuff when it comes to pizza.The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce is flavorful and the toppings are plentiful. We ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza and it did not disappoint. The sausage was especially delicious.The service was friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back to try more of their pizzas!

Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. The inside was dirty, the workers weren't friendly, nothing about this place made me want to come back. The cheese on the pizza slid right off every time you picked a piece up. The flavors were lacking. The crust was not even close to crispy. Do not recommend.

The best calzone. We had the Italian calzone and also a Chicago pizza with pepperoni . Both were good n cheesy the way I like! Don't expect fine dining seating , it's a pizza shop, it has booths like the old days. Recommend it for those item FOR SURE so far. I'll be back

While the white pizza is good, I chose to pick it up on my way to meet a friend. I was told the wait time would be 15-20 minutes and got there in 15. The pizza wasn't done so I paid and was told to wait outside in my car. I waited an additional 25 minutes and went back in to check the status. They had it done but forgot who it belonged to! How ridiculous!! Either have it delivered or go elsewhere.

Great local neighborhood pizza joint. The dough is so fresh. The sauce is tasty and they pump out pizzas pretty damn fast! I will say they can be inconsistent but aren't we all human? Dominos is across the street and I'd rather give my fellow yinzers money than a giant corporation.

We ordered an XL pizza with a couple of toppings to be delivered. It was DELISH! and reasonably priced. The delivery guy was so nice and it got to us sooner than they said it would. We will order again and try some other menu items. Highly recommend!
