Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I like all kinds of restaurants, the fancy and the fast food, chains and local places. If it's good it's good. It's my second time at a Popeye's and first trying this new Bellevue location, and I can say this place is good! It was a calm Monday afternoon. A steady number of people passed through the drive-thru, a few people came inside to pickup, and I sat down for the full experience. I was mostly blown away by the appearance. Most fast food places have the sticky floor, dirty tables, chairs not pushed in, kids running wild, rude staff (if any at all). Not here! I was immediately greeted and waited on, noticing a full and busy crew in the back. No mumbling teenagers playing on their phones! The seating area was nearly spotless, tabletops all wiped clean, no napkins or food debris on the ground. This is where my annoyance with most fast food restaurants comes from, they're just gross. Oh and they got the order perfectly right, nothing missing unlike what some places do (ahem McDonalds!). I ordered the 5 Piece chicken tenders in spicy variety. The mashed potatoes were smooth, no lumps, and a unique gravy that was layered, so it was pretty evenly distributed even in the larger size container. Fries were a shoestring cut also with a nice seasoning. It also included a biscuit and I opted for the frozen mango lemonade which was especially refreshing. The was a standard Coke machine off to the side so you can get refills. It's not often you leave with positive impressions of a fast food restaurant, but I look forward to coming here again in the future!

I stopped there yesterday, ordered fish sandwich and fries. The fries were just edible. however the fish sandwich was horrible, taste fishy and a couple days old. The breading was at least twice as thick as the fish. It's incredible that they can cut fish that thin. I threw it in the garbage.There was enough chicken fried and ready for sale for a week.There was along line for service at McDonalds, and only 3 people at Popeye's. I have been to Popeye's in the south and enjoyed eating there. this store has real problems.

This chicken was sooo good. I had a great time eating my spicy chicken 5pc combo. Fries were on point. Cooks were cooking. Would have again. This is my face after eating it

Saturday night went to Popeyes in Robinson Twp. the staff were unfriendly and we felt like we were bothering them by ordering food. I asked for honey BBQ sauce. I was handed hot sauce. when I pointed that out I was told "that is all we have". there is a big sign on the counter offering sixkinds of sauce. I am taking the time to write this in the hopes that the owner of the franchise sees this. the 3 young people working on Feb 3rd are not doing right by his/her business.

I was a little disappointed at the poor quality at the Ohio River Blvd location. Usually Popeyes is the absolute best but this is the second time I got a dried out chicken sandwich and it's a much thinner piece of chicken compared to how it use to be. Got a large order and the large fries usually come in a box but instead they were in the bottom of a bag and was not even a small order! The coke had 3 ice cubes and was warm. Threw half of it in the trash. 15$ down the drain. Will have to dry another location next time.

The cashier rung up the wrong item, which is more expensive than the item I had asked for, and so she took back the incorrect item and gave me what I asked for...and when I asked her for money back that she had owed me for the difference in price of the two products, she lied to me and told me they were the same price because she didn't want to give me the money she owed me back. then smirked at me when I drove off. so I went Isnide and had to get the money they owed me back, and they still didn't give me enough back! the employee handle the situation horribly! horrible customer service.

I honestly wanted to give a good review but this was the worse experience I've ever had at a Popeyes. The worker obviously couldn't speak English and couldn't understand what my husband and I were trying to tell him. So he got frustrated and threw our sauces at us. I wish I knew his name because I would've reported him but instead we left because we don't like confrontation. But I would never order there again.

I just want to give this location a shout out, I picked up some things for a bi party here and the service was great. The crew accommodated me with specific items and I appreciated them. Thanks for adding some great options to my little ones party.
