Based solely on the only thing I ever order - the Sicilian pie is absolutely great!We mix it up with toppings but always love it. Their customer service for pickup is always great too!

Pomodoro's Pizzeria and Ristorante has a dining room and a full-service bar. Please see my attached photos for the menu of foods. My husband and I visited Pomodoro's for a Saturday lunch. An employee told us that the restaurant itself was currently closed but that we could eat in the bar area. My husband and I headed over to the bar, and we saw several booths and several high-top tables. We chose a table on our own. Minutes later, our waitress greeted us, gave us menus, and took our order. After fairly reasonable waits, she brought out our drinks and foods. My husband ate wedding soup, which he described as "nice;" veal marsala, which he said was "good;" green beans, which he said were cooked nicely and were flavorful; and risotto, which he said contained a lot of vegetables. I ate chicken parmesan, which consisted of two large pieces of chicken that had a crispy breading, sauce, and cheese; and penne, which was cooked well and topped with a tasty sauce. During the meal, our waitress checked in with us to see if we needed anything. At the end of the meal, she promptly brought our bill and a box for my leftovers, and she accurately processed our credit card payment. She kindly thanked us and told us to have a good day. Overall, the service and food were very good, especially for a bar. I do recommend that local residents try out this restaurant. Pomodoro's offers family dining at reasonable prices. They have decent pizza and pasta and their wine prices are good ($9 average). We had excellent service and good food when we visited a few weeks ago on a Friday night. The dining room was pretty crowded but we got a table right away which was great. We ordered the Seafood Diablo pasta with vodka sauce and linguini and a pizza. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was just spicy enough to give it some kick. There were nice big scallops and tender shrimp in the dish. The only downside was a few large pieces of scallop shell that were hidden in the sauce and not pleasurable to chomp on. I would order it again but be more careful with possible shells. It was delicious.The pizza was piping hot when it came out and had a nice assortment of veggies on it. It was a very tasty pie.Our waitress was attentive and very pleasant.

We haven't had a pizza from here we didn't like. The pasta and bruschetta sooo good

We have only ever ordered takeout pizza, but it is definitely top three pizza places in the north hills (right up there with Center Ave Slice & Pietro's). Additionally, they have an amazing gluten free pizza option - highly recommend.

This place is an excellent go-to!! The food is very reliable and VERY reasonable. The menu has a lot to offer--delicious apps (stuffed peppers ), excellent pizza, great hoagies, and very good strombolis. The $6 Wednesday nite Pizza special with one topping can't be beat. I had the Pomodoro Stromboli last nite and it was excellent and huge! The waitresses/bartenders there really busy their butt to serve everyone and they do it well---shout out to Taylor! Oh yeah---the drinks are cheap too!

We went to watch the night Steelers game. First half was good and enjoyed the pizza. As it got later they turned off the sound of the game and played very very loud music during the second half so we left.

This place is a gem! I found this place because it's so close to my best friend's home. I usually do take-out and only just decided to pop in or a bite and a drink. The staff is great and the food is just as good as the Wexford Pizza staple that is Cenci's Pizza! Do not sleep on this restaurant!

A small place there are limited amount tables mostly bar seating.I had the Seafood Diablo it was delicious until the last bite of scallops so much grit/sand very unappetizing but I would definitely order it again

On 9-18-24, I went to lunch to celebrate my brothers 80th birthday. He ordered a calzone which he said was excellent. On the other hand, I had a half of an Italian Hogie. I live about a half a mile for this place, so, over the years I have ordered there and ate their numerous times. I have always found their food to be a crap shoot. This time I lost. My hoagie had very little lettuce, they could not have sliced the meat any Thiner, you could probably see through it. cheese? What cheese. The worst part with an hour of coming home, my tongue was swollen and my stomach hurt. Food poisoning? Don't know but the taste of this sandwich was awful. I really should have sent it back. It will be a while before I return. I have never had food allergies'
