Delightful, cozy, wonderful little spot in Sharpsburg for authentic and beautifully presented Polish food! I've been wanting to try these pierogi for a few years now, and I'm thrilled that with the brick and mortar shop I was able to enjoy them with an assortment of other delicious dishes. This spot is SUPER popular on social media at the moment and you've gotta check their instagram before visiting to make sure they aren't sold out! We stopped in on a slushy and cold Saturday mid-afternoon, around 2, and we managed to order the LAST remaining pierogi of the day. Typically they serve 3 or 4 varieties, but the only ones left were the special of the week, which were beet and feta. We ordered them without hesitation, along with kielbasa and golabki with beef and rice. I felt bad for the folks behind us in line due to the lack of pierogi, but they were still able to order some of the other yummy options on the menu! In addition to what we ordered, they also serve vegan golabki, haluski, mizeria, beet salad, and a soup of the day. The space is small, so while we waited for our order, we also waited for a table to open up. I think there are four tables in total plus high-top counter seating. Once we got our food (and a table), we dove in, and everything was SO delicious and so fresh. The pierogi's beet and feta flavor was so delicate, and they looked so pretty and pink-hued, perfect for Valentine's Day! I've never tried golabki and it was so incredibly comforting and homey, and the kielbasa was snappy, smokey, and paired beautifully with the horseradish and mustard (and dill pickles!) on the plate. The decor is so charmingly antique, with unique and beautiful plateware and signage/mirrors/frames, etc, and the pink hue of the paint is so fun and bright. I cannot wait to come back and try more pierogi varieties (Olive, Polska Laska's owner, filled us in on some VERY fun upcoming flavor combinations) as well as the other menu items. What a gift to Pittsburgh!

I have been ordering from Polska Laska since 2020. Her pierogies are hands down, the closest thing I have ever tasted to my grandfather's. Being able to experience a broader menu now that she has a storefront is an absolute delight - the soups, the kielbasa, the cucumber salad....I could go on and on. The space is small but warm and inviting. The decor feels like an homage to the generations that came before us - the first time I stepped in, it took my breath away as it felt like walking into my grandpa's house. As it's a small shop and they just opened, go early and check their Instagram for updates re: potential sellouts.

Run don't walk to try this pierogi!!! But get there early because they have been selling out every single day since opening!Absolutely delicious and authentic Polish food. They have basic pierogi (potato and cheddar, potato and onion) as well as speciality flavors. My mom said the kielbasa was amazing. This space is small but so cute, and you can dine in or take food to go. Service is quick and friendly, but you may have to wait a bit for your food if they are busy! Totally worth the wait and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Polska Laska is a Polish restaurant that opened weeks ago. Its menu lists pierogies (e.g., potato-cheddar, vegan potato-onion, farmers cheese and herb, and vegan sauerkraut-mushroom), beef-pork golabki (stuffed cabbage), vegan impossible-meat golabki, kielbasa, haluski, mizeria cucumber salad, beet salad, and soups (e.g., borscht). On a Saturday, I visited Polska Laska at their opening time of 11 AM. A line of customers was already standing outside, and two menu items were unavailable. Some tables and chairs were in the small room, but I got my foods as takeout. From the time that I arrived to the time that I left, I waited 40 minutes. My Polska Platter, Beer-cheese soup, Beef-pork Golabki, and Vegan Golabki cost $45 plus tax and tip, which my husband said was priced high.Polska Platter - For $25, I received five pierogies of one flavor, kielbasa, and spaetzel haluski. For the pierogies, I chose the vegan potato-onion, which were slightly small but tasted very good, and I rate them as 4.5 stars. I rate the kielbasa as 5 stars and the spaetzel haluski as 4 stars. I liked the sides of horseradish, mustard, and sour cream.Beer-cheese Soup - 4 stars - I think that this beer-cheese soup was enough for two servings, and it had a rich and cheesy flavor. Beef-pork golabki - 4.5 stars - This stuffed cabbage was a large size, and I really liked the filling of beef, pork, and rice. Vegan golabki - 3.5 stars - This impossible-meat stuffed cabbage was a good alternative, but I liked it less than the real-meat one.Three of my grandparents were Eastern European, so I grew up eating these types of foods. My overall opinion of Polska Laska is that it is a solidly good restaurant, and I would return. I feel curious to try more pierogi flavors and borscht.

I'm not even really able to get into details because it's something you need to taste for yourself. 500/10. She should be so proud of herself. I recently lost my grandmother who's polish and this made me SO happy! Thank you! Never change!

Just go! Super cute shop with a charming owner. Drove past on a Saturday and it was packed so I kept going and stopped back in a week day. It's a little pricey for an everyday lunch but it's definitely a treat. The platter box (I got my food to go) was heavy, full of food and super tasty. The cabbage roll was ok. They have canned coke products and I don't recall seeing any desserts. Definitely check them out.

This place is amazing, especially if you grew up on Eastern European Cuisine. The food tasted wonderful & tastes like your grandmother made it. The corner location is homey & cute. My only concern is that food is so good, they might outgrow it.Olive & her staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, despite being so busy.

Phenomenal! Owners are so very kind and the food is some of the best I have ever had. Got the Potato Cheddar and the Mushroom sauerkraut pierogis and they were all delicious. Perfect balance of dough to filling. Also got the platter and everything was so very good. Worth every penny and then some.
