Let's see, we've had a number of items from the baked goods selections...cookies, brownies, terrific and perfect to top off lunch at PJ's or great to take home.We've sampled a number of their sandwiches, the triple deckers, roast beef and turkey. Get then with everything,a great meal in itself.But, in addition, PJ's has a different lunch special every day. Just say, 'I'll have the special.' You can't go wrong. This week, we were for there for the Polish Plate-all good. I live local and had never been to this place. I seen a post on Facebook that they had nut rolls for Thanksgiving. I didn't feel like driving to Millvale to the French bakery so I decided to go local. The nut roll was 20.00 and packaged nicely in a plastic container. Took the nut roll to my parents for Thanksgiving and it got pretty good reviews. It was packed with nuts & the dough was soft. My aunt indicated that it needed more sugar but I'm not sure I can agree. Overall very nice baked good for the value. I'll return again someday to try some of their other options.

We ordered the seafood combo. The fish was good but I liked the coleslaw the best. I didn't love the crab cake or the scallops. They weren't fresh made like I had expected.

This place is a joke. Terrible service as they act like they are better than you, I would avoid.

Mean spirited enployees... and idiot owner that thinks because they've been open for 40+ years, they can just treat people however they like... small and obstruction filled parking lot... not wheelchair friendly... low quality yet strangely very expensive food.You can serve baked fish sandwiches all you like... anything with that much breading should be a war crime.

I've wanted so bad for this place to be good, I've given them every chance I could. It's hit or miss, mostly miss. I've gone down for lunch specials about 10 times in the past few months, some not bad. I've had frozen dinners from there and they were freezer burned. The last straw was when I finally tried their fish sandwich drive thru thing that is supposed to be one of the best things going, I live 4 minutes away, everything was cold by the time I got home, not room temperature, I'm talking out of the fridge cold, except the cole slaw which was luke warm.$13 plus a $3 tip and it went straight in the garbage. It's a shame because they seem like nice people in a Martha Stewart-mom jeans way. Sorry, I won't miss you, I gave you every chance I could.

This is a fantastic eatery. Never had a bad dish there and I've been a customer for years. I particularly love the frozen dinners. I dont cook much since my husband passed , so when I want something homemade and exceptionally delicious, I stock up on frozen entrees. Very reasonable. The owner is a fantastic lady who is very generous to the surrounding communities. A family owned business is the best. Oh and I must not forget their baked goods. To die for. TRUST ME. ...when it comes to good food, I am Italian and learned to cook from my mother and grandmothers. They were awesome cooks, so I am particular. Jeanie

The one thing I really do miss about Pittsburgh is PJ's. I'm dying for a great fish sandwich in Florida. Don't pass this place up - great food and tremendous service !

Fish frys are the best! Their daily specials for lunches are always filling and delicious and only 6.95! Meatloaf day is my favorite but make sure you call in the morning to reserve! Never been let down by PJs!

Great food! Frozen entrees are homemade and delicious, and great sandwiches. My catering experiences have always been awesome! Fair prices and good food. Excited to use again!!
