Pizza Roma Pine

Horrible customer service experience. Ordered pizza for delivery (1 hour estimate). Called back 1 hour and 40 minutes later and was lied to about my order being out for delivery. They then scrambled to remake my order. I called back at 2 hours and 10 minutes and someone else answered and told me that they never made my order and were remaking it now. I understand accidents happen but when I expressed my frustration (having 3 hungry kids right before their bedtime) the girl was quick to say they can "just cancel the order"... really? I asked for the manager and he confirmed my meal was never made but he wouldn't offer any discounts to make it the situation right for a long time customer. He simply offered to make the pizza and send it out almost 3 hours later. Don't waste you time on a small business that doesn't understand the value of their customers and won't make a situation right for a long time repeat customer.

Wow, I'm really surprised by how low these ratings are! I actually really enjoyed this pizza place. They offered really tasty food at a very reasonable price (in fact, better than most other places both price and quality wise). I tried their cheese calzone.First, it was stuffed with a ton of cheese! And, the cheese tasted high quality. It wasn't too greasy. They had a ton of mozzarella especially, but the creamy ricotta was also very good. No complaints there at all!I thought the calzone looked like it had pepper on it, but it doesn't. This is just how the bready part is baked I suppose. It's not too salty at all, and there is a very good ratio of bread to cheese (more cheese than bread). Amazing portion for $12!The sauce on the side was pretty mediocre, nothing special about it. A bit of herbs in there. Kind of a small portion but still decent.All in all, I really liked Pizza Roma Pine. I'm not sure if it's in any way related to the place in Cheswick (both are amazing), but I'd recommend either of them! Very good, and the rating definitely deserves to be higher.

This is one of my favorite pizza places!When I lived in the area this was the shop we ordered from the most.I was in the area not long ago and decided to place an order for pickup.The food is mostly what I remembered. The regular pizza and cicilian are the best. Hot, fresh, made to order and lots of toppings

so i want to start off by saying i've never reviewed a place before but the place was by far the oddest experience i've ever had i walked in the other day to see if they still were doing there by the slices and when i first walked in no one was at the register but there was someone in the corner holding one of those wooden things for the pizza he was a big fella and he had his hands in his pants scratching himself then turned to go back and cut a pizza and box it never washed his hands he then told me they don't do slices after 2 and it was 2:03 and he still had all the pizzas out, what's up with that????

Love this pizza. A really well run take out pizza that my friends and I order all the time. The buffalo chicken speciality pizza is fantastic. It's more of a floppy crust instead of thick and firm if that's what you're looking for. The buffalo chicken tenders here are also fantastic and my second favorite item to order. Been getting this pizza all my life for take out and delivery and plan to continue. The new renovations inside are also very nice and the workers are always very nice and hard working.

Great pizza, calzones and subs. I recommend the Surace if you're looking for something off the beaten path. The "seasoned" wings here are great - it's a dry seasoning that works really well. Make sure you order a 2nd cup of sauce if you get a calzone. Staff is friendly and the recent renovation is nice. We normally pick up but when we get delivery it has been good. Never had a problem using the coupons, never had an incorrect order. Solid spot.

Yeah it's pizza. Decent cheese blend but dough leaves much to be desired. The grunginess of the place is part of its charm and a plus for me.

Absolutely delicious when the order is accurate. They close very early and get very busy on certain nights, which can back up your order. Poorly run franchise. No means of contact. Hopefully, the they will get a new owner soon.

Be warned. This place refuses to adhere to the most basic and absolutely necessary health code of wearing gloves when handling ready to eat food. I watched them assemble my Italian hoagie (after it came out of the oven) and place raw vegetables with bare hands onto the sandwich. Disgusting. What else are they not doing to make sure the food is safe to eat? Eat here at your own risk.

Great service, excellent traditional round pizza. Does not have pan pizza crust and Chicago style pizza is not my favorite since it doesn't reheat well
