Pizza Express

I keep giving the Warwood location chance after chance but they keep getting my order screwed up, I asked for a pickup for 2 burgers with the extras on the side so it's not wilted by the time I get home (lettuce, tomatoes & pickles) because I don't have them, this location continuously neglects to put them in the bag. When you call, nearly every time it's the same B.S. excuse, someone called off, we're understaffed or it's been a rough day. No one cares, people just want their order correct for what they paid. I wish there was another carryout place for me to order from but there isn't. I'm going to order elsewhere from now on... The worst part is that their food is really good but their service is beyond abysmal. They need a double check policy to make sure orders are correct.

I'm not a huge fan of their pizza, funnily enough, but their cheesy breadsticks and mozzarella sticks are very good. Their house marinara sauce is my favorite than any other local pizza place. The delivery drivers are always very kind and accommodating.

We keep giving this location chance after chance and every time we order delivery theres an issue, not delivering to our area, cold, this time I waited AN HOUR for food to be delivered absolutely ridiculous.

I went to a friends house and they had their pizza delivered with cheese sticks. They were delicious and I would gladly eat from here again.

Their belly buster is so good. I drive 30 minutes just to get it because all the pizza in the northern panhandle suck. Hoagies are good also.

My last experience was horrible. I called for a delivery and after an hour and a half I still had nothing. I called to check and the gentleman said the driver had it so it was on its way. So, 35 minutes later, still nothing. I called once again to see where my order was. The gentleman responded by asking if I just wanted to cancel my order. When I said no, I want to know why its been over 2 hours and we havent recieved our food yet. The man replied, "I dont know. Its with the driver. Do you just want to cancel the order?" He obviously wanted me to cancel the order so I did. I got no apology, no solution to fixing the problem, not even a lie about why I have waited over 2 hours and still had no food. Where is the customer service???? I have never been treated so rudely.

Best pizza in the valley, hands down. Other items on the menu are just as delicious. Highly recommended.
