Their chicken Dijon pizza is my absolute favorite. It's basically the only pizza I eat and will willingly buy. The flavor is great and I can't find this at any other pizza place. Service has always been pretty fast for me. It's usually done within 20 min. Plenty of times I just walk by and decide randomly to go in; I have never waited more than 15 min.

my cousin ordered 1/4 cup pizza pepperoni mushroom it came to my door. It look like it was still sitting. It was just sitting on top of the oven. The cheese is dry. There's no mushrooms I called back and the guy tells me there's nothing wrong with his pizza. I would not even feed my dog this pizza.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This was my first time ordering from them and it'll absolutely be my last. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a chicken salad and it took two hours to get to me. Mind you I live very close to this place and it should've only taken 20 min to come. I called to ask where my order was and they said the driver was still there and was leaving in five minutes. 25 min later I called them back to find out where my order was and he STILL HADN'T LEFT! So he lied to me. They were taking out time to clean up and close shop but that was leaving me with cold, hard food! So I get my food two hours later and of course it was cold and I was very pissed. Staff very unprofessional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wish I'd read the reviews before giving them a try because I see they've done this to others. Stay away!

This establishment claims to sell authentic Chicago deep dish pizza. My friends and I, some of which are from Chicago originally, were excited to see that, and decided to give it a try. What we received instead was an atrocity, an insult to every other deep dish pizza in existence. There was no sauce, no cheese, no toppings, you can see just the crust sticking 2 inches above the cheese. Everyone knows what a deep dish pizza should look like. You would be able to buy a better pizza for a third of the price from dominos next door. When we called in to ask about it, the service was appalling. We were kept on hold of 30 minutes, and when they finally decided to grace us with their presence, they were rude, belligerent, and insisted that we were the ones that were wrong, even when we showed them this sorry excuse of a deep dish pizza. Instead of trying to work things out, they were argumentative, which made us, their customers even more angry. I would not feed this pizza even to my dog. Please save yourself time, money, and mental health by avoiding this place like plague. If you are a worker/the manager/the owner this and you decide to read this, please finish your high school diploma, and learn how to make an actual pizza. Thank you!

Pizza Bellagio has the most inappropriate workers employed. Receiving a message that states "thank you baby have a good night" after an online delivery order is absolutely atrocious. There is no reason a customer should be targeted that way and feel so uncomfortable, especially because is was a delivery and they have my address. This is disgusting customer service. Absolutely uncalled for. For how much service I have given this restaurant, this is appalling.
