Pizza Al's II

A quirky hole in the wall pizza place. The pizza was excellent and I thought was a good value, the staff was friendly and service was fast. I would definitely get this again over the other pizza places I tried in Morgantown.

Born and raised in Morgantown, I have lived on this pizza. Tried hundreds of different pizza places and still my favorite. Had to return home for a brief trip and had to have some pizza. Being a brief trip, I wanted to bring it home with me, 5 hours away. Had to leave earlier than I expected, but they still made sure I had my pizza ready to go! The extra steps and care the staff made to accommodate me is beyond words. Not only do they continue to provide a consistently OUTSTANDING pizza, but their employees are top notch and great people!

Went to get dinner with Kayla and Deacon while staying the night in Morgantown WVThis pizza joint was located near the hotel and per Yelp had very good reviewsWe arrived and it was packed. Found out from another patron that today is the busiest Pizza day in America (the day after Christmas)We ordered our pizza to go. We got a couple 20oz Sodas to go and a few Blue Raspberry Bug Juices for Deacon.The pizza was a 14" Small Pepperoni and Extra Cheese with half of it with mushrooms and Black olives.We took it back to the roomIt was very good!!! Loved the Ooey Gooey Cheesey Goodness with the sauce and pepperoni grease... delicious

This was surprisingly good and pizzas were much larger than anticipated, so priced nicely! Got a sausage and mushroom and a ham and pineapple. Nice crust and tasty.

We've been patrons of this independently owned local franchise. The staff are so friendly, and they recognize us and our orders. Our pizzas are always ready for takeout on time and baked to order. Hands down, our favorite, go-to pizza in Morgantown.

Our family has only gone to the Pizza Al's in the Evansdale Campus. The service is normally super fast however this location only has a few tables where you can dine in otherwise it's Carry out. They also sell beer, soda and water and if I remember correctly, they do have a couple beers on draft. We always request our pizza to be crispy and well done, but not burnt on the bottom. That is a tough combination to achieve. I personally don't care for their sausage, green peppers or their onions however the rest of the family likes those toppings.The family says that Pizza Al's pizzas are consistently good and priced well. I would recommend visiting.

100% amazing Danny is a great host for this establishment. Very quick and 100% delicious. I love this place and have come here so many times. Best pizza I know.

Best pizza in town, I love the thin crust and the price is right! when in doubt, always hit Al's

This place runs like a well-oiled machine. On Saturday nights you'll be fighting other customers for a chance to call in your order, but it's well worth every penny. Stop in some night a couple minutes before you're supposed to pick up and just watch them go to work. Place has that old pizza place feel but is extremely clean as far as I can tell. I've yet to have below a great experience here.

Best of Morgantown. This is mom and pop style pizzeria. Best NY style this side of Big Apple! 3 sizes, traditional and white. Wife likes traditional and I prefer their white, so we typically get one of each and take leftovers home. Hoagies are superior. Salads too. Way better than franchise. High quality ingredients, nice selection of craft beers and other beverages. Employees seem to enjoy their craft. Al has been making pizzas for decades and has a big arse following. Big fan and will continue to eat at Al's for a long I love.
