I've been wanting to check out PGH bbq for quite some time. As soon as we walked in, the guys working were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone had their masks on properly and their workspace was super clean. There are fresh, pre made meats and sides to choose from. When we arrived at around 7PM on a Friday they had plenty to choose from.We ended up getting 1lb of brisket ($20) and a rack of ribs. We also ordered a few single sides, potato salad, and coleslaw. Everyone's favorite part of dinner was the cornbread. It was $2.50 for a small piece, but wow! It was worth it. The ribs and brisket were good, and the sauces they gave on the side were very good as well. The ribs could have been a little more tender. Looking forward, maybe we could call ahead and see when they put their ribs out so we can grab them when they are super fresh.

So I don't know if today was a bad day or what but 4 of us ate here for lunch. The consensus was today's food was Garbage. It didn't matter if it was chicken or the pork. The chicken was tasty & juicy on the outside but it got extremely dry the more I dug into it. The greens & mac/cheese seemed leftover from days before and the mac/cheese was an off yellow color. All 4 of us through the majority of our lunch away. I'm not sure if there will be a next time.

Carry out only. There are no tables nor anywhere to sit, no service staff nor anyone else except for one sullen and unfriendly woman behind the counter. It was a wasted trip for us.

Great meat! Great sides! What more can you ask for?? The brisket and St.Louis ribs were on point. The Mac salad and corn bread . I'll stop anytime I'm driving through!

Great barbecue! Have really enjoyed all the meats I've tried here. I especially like the brisket. They also have really good potatoe salad and mac & cheese. I like picking up food here on a rainy weekend and enjoying it at my house. The outside of this place is really cool also you can see the meat smoker! Love it, super cute

I'm giving the food a 5!! Delicious chicken, ribs, pulled pork and the sides. We were staying at the comfort inn immediately across from the restaurant. I asked around for a great place and the front desk highly recommended it. So checked out the reviews and it got great ones. However, the staff was not friendly at all. We felt as if we were bothering Them. No smiles no you're welcome! We totally felt rushed. We had never been there before so we had questions and there was no one around besides us ordering. Oh well. Iwon't come back. That's for sure

Stopped in this little place next door to the hotel I stayed in. You just looks like a place that has good barbecue. And it does. I got the brisket great flavor, but this may be the tenderest brisket I have ever eaten. It is not to be missed. I also got the half a chicken. Didn't want that much but that's how it came so that's what I got. Seasonings on this chicken are very good and it is fall off the bone tender. I also got the mac and cheese it's okay and your kids will love it. I also got their baked beans. These are top shelf baked beans and any restaurant you want to go to maybe the best baked beans I've ever had in my life they are wonderful. The kids working tonight were very personable went out of their way to be helpful. And I got to tell you I've spent more money for Arby's then I spent on this gigantic feast. If you're in the area do not miss this place

horrible service, in the middle of nowhere, food tasted disgusting. a horrible experience fitting for a horrible run down establishment.

Had engagement party for my son today ! Pittsburgh BBQ was fantastic, brisket was outstanding! All of our guests raved about the food ! Our servers Judy and Vicki top notch and so nice to work with . Would recommend for your event for sure . Thank you to ALL @ PBBQ. Shout out to Dancing Gnome also for rental of the original taproom perfect for 50 people !

Food was delicious. Real bbq experience. It's a small place with picnic tables outside. The flavor of the bbg reminds me of old south cooking. Mom and Pop store.
