Pitts Burgers

Brand new restaurant in Bethel Park! We were there on the second day of business. I got the basic burger with shoestring fries and it was very good! The menu had lots of options beyond burgers, including pirogies, meatballs, chili, etc., as well as ice cream and milkshakes! The service was friendly and we got our food relatively quickly considering it was the second day of opening. There is a small seating area, but not a ton of tables. Meet saw many take their food to go. Always happy to have another great local business in BP!

The place is super cute! We ordered take out as we were in the area. We got a burger and chicken fingers. The burger was terrific. The fries-we thought were really tiny and just OK. A $10 order of chicken fingers and fries had a handful of fries and 2 chicken fingers. Not sure the price matched what we got. They were also a little too salty. It didn't seem like the folks working there were over excited about it. Not a lot of interaction.

The banana milkshake is incredible. I got food to go a little after this restaurant officially opened. I heard some mixed things like there was a long wait (assuming when they first opened and worked out some kinks). It wasn't an exceptionally long wait for food when we stopped by on a weekend. I thought the burger was good. The tots sort of lost me as the insides weren't as cooked as I would like, next time I would probably ask for them to be cooked a little longer. I would go back just for that milkshake and I'd try more items. The hot dogs sound good too!

I ate there for the first time today. My burger was excellent. I wish they offered a combo meal for economical reasons. My wife enjoyed her veggie burger. The fries were good, I just wish the order was larger.

Burger was amazing and made with love! The staff were even better, they were very nice and welcoming. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend and will go back!

We tried this restaurant 3 separate times due to its location to our house. Each timeIt was worse. All 3 times the orders were incorrect such as no ketchup on a burger, the food was freezing, the tater tots were burnt. Really they keep the menus simple and would think could manage some hot dogs and burgers. It also had no heat the first time we went in. Gave it a chance multiple times and will not be back/recommend it

Waited 45 minutes for a hot dog, chicken sandwich and fries. Fries were way over cooked...all of them were hard...ended up throwing them out. Each diner in a multiple person party received their food separately...meaning one in a party of two received a burger and the other received their burger 6 minutes later. Thought this would be a good place to eat. It's not. Food is overpriced, nothing special and service is poor.

Wow, where to begin...all kids working there which is cool if they knew what they were doing. MY burger was started 5 minutes before the other 2 people I was with finished ordering. The 'burnt' bun finished burger then sat there for another 5 minutes before they added the fries which were the equivalent of about half a medium potato tops! A VERY small portion which they charge you for, it's NOT included. My dinner guests got their burgers at least 5 minutes after that and THEN seemingly another 5 minutes before they got the onion rings, which were a total grease bomb and we threw them out. NO direction and certainly these kids were not trained in timing, nor the customer is always right when I mentioned the amount of time it took to get my order - he got very defensive and contradicted my experience. I let it go, as I don't see this greasy spoon making it through the year, let alone into summer. A shame too, because the concept appears sound. PS: the people at the next table said they won't be coming back either...
