If you want true Italian food, sandwiches and pizza; this is the place. Specials everyday. This place is cleaner than most home kitchens.

Maybe living in Appalachia has made me cheap, but when I pay more than $5 for a panini, I'm expecting something that resembles a sandwich more than a stuffed breadstick. It was actually rather tasty, which means that, in spite of its disappointing size, it was much better than the pizza. The pizza was undercooked and bland. The sauce in and of itself wasn't terrible, and the crust probably isn't too bad when it's cooked properly. Unfortunately, the blend of a still partially raw crust and barely melted cheese certainly didn't do anything to bring out what good flavor might have been there.

This is the best pizza, hands down in the area. Maria and the crew have great paninis too! Always very nice and delivery is pretty quick...if you haven't tried Pittera's, you definitely should!

Delicious food with great ownership. The location has changed to about half a mile from where it was originally located. If you're tired of common pizza chain restaurants give this a try!
