Pirollo's Delicatessen & Take-Out

I'm so happy I live so close to this spot. It's a family owned sub shop with the nicest owners. They are very fairly priced and have a lot of different options. I always get the Italian sub and my husband gets the roast beef sub. The subs are always evenly proportioned and the bread is delicious. I like that you can choose to have your sub hot or cold & they always ask about LTO & dressing/condiments. They sell Turner's tea (the best) and other pantry items like local pasta and sauce.

I had the Italian sub and it was yummy. The service is good and they will bring it out to your car.

Been going there over 25 years. One of the cleanest places I've been to. Know them by name and they do an excellent job with their sub's. Top notch job!Travel dog gives a five paw review......still howling over the last visit.

Amazing value, amazing food and amazing owners. This small deli puts out some big flavors...Their hot sausage is homemade and delicious. Their hoagies are fresh and loaded with meat. Everything is an extreme value and it's family owned and operated; so you can feel good supporting a mom and pop operation. My only complaint is they aren't open on Sunday's (I'd love to get subs for the Steeler games.)

This place beats the Triangle in Swissvale! Meats are quality and the service is great. The rolls they use are amazing.

Been going here my whole life. Never disappointed once.i normally get an italian battleship hoagie. They give you dressing in a packet to keep the bread from grtting soggy and everything. Will be going back.

Didn't get a chance to order. Woman working there walked in as I was on FaceTime with my family waiting to order. As she walked in she asked me if I had an order placed already. I did not hear her at first because I was talking and looking at the products they had put on shelves. After I heard what she asked I said no I did not already place an order. She then tells me well you can hang up, I can take your order and then you can step outside. I say excuse me. She says I can't take your order until you hang up as she has hand motions and tells me it's too much noise for her. I tell her the people on the phone is who I am here for and they have never had your food so I wanted to tell them the menu. As I start to walk to the counter to look at menu taped to the counter she walks away to the back. I walked out. I will not spend my money at any establishment that provides that type of customer services. Mind you, there is no one else in the store but me and I was in there for less than 2 minutes. And there are No signs that say you CANNOT use your phone while inside.

Their Italian subs were great at one time, bought them last week, the amount of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions were small. Not worth the money I spent.

I wish I could've given them zero stars but it makes you give something so there it is. PIROLLO's isn't worth the one I gave honestly. The owners of this establishment aren't in the business of giving fresh food or quality service. The customer service is horrible and the bread they use is very stale. You'll get a better sub from a chain like subway. Pretty sad especially since we've given this place so many chances. Shame on us! So if you are in the mood for fresh bread and decent service HEAD STRAIGHT to SUBWAY and be sure to pass PIROLLO'S!!!
