Pink House Chocolates is a small, woman-owned business that makes its chocolates from 100% sustainable cocoa.According to their website, they sell chocolates in a wide variety of flavors: almond, amaretto, caramel, cashew, coconut, cordial cherry, hazelnut, marshmallow, orange, Oreo, peanut butter, pistachio, pretzel, raisin, raspberry, toffee, walnut, etcetera! They even make some chocolates that are sugar-free, gluten-free, or vegan. In addition, they sell many flavors of Hershey's ice creams.Pink House Chocolates sells their chocolates through their super-cute pink-house store as well as through their website and fundraisers. Apparently they also sell their chocolates through certain retailers, because I recently bought a couple of their chocolates at a local pharmacy. From the pharmacy, I bought a milk-chocolate turtle and milk-chocolate raisins, and I rate these two chocolates as 5 stars each.Days later, I purchased additional chocolates through the Pink House Chocolates website. The shipping cost $15. The business shipped my package one day later, and a postal employee delivered the package to me after another day. I rate the vegan s'mores bark as 3 stars, the milk-chocolate pistachio bark as 4 stars, the milk-chocolate pretzels as 5 stars, and the milk-chocolate assortment with 24 pieces as 4 stars. The assortment contained flavors such as caramel, cashew, cherry cordial, coconut, coffee, marshmallow, peanut, peanut butter, raisin, raspberry, and toffee. I did not know what a few of the other flavors were.

I got a variety of yummies here during a family visit! I haven't been to any other homemade confections shop - so take my rating as you will! -Pricing- $$$ Seemed pretty expensive but I'm not sure how it compares to other homemade confections. *Milk Chocolate Coconut - 3/10 The chocolate they choose is yummy but I didn't get much of a coconut bite. I don't think the coconut is toasted, which may help? Texture wise, it was a clunk of a bite, didn't melt the same as other confections in the shop.*Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Meltaway - 10/10 definitely worth trying, it really melts luxuriously. Everything you would expect flavor wise, both stand out and give an experience independently & harmoniously. *Milk Chocolate Turtles - 8/10 expertly made, the caramel was pretty smooth (some granules), it wasn't as buttery as I expected but still delightful. The pecans were fresh and had a al'dente bite, which I enjoy! *Marshmallows - 9/10 only because the marshmallow isn't toasted, THAT would be insanely yummy. The chocolate has a good snap, same desirable melt on your tongue grab, marshmallow was fresh. *Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream - 99/10 if those flavors speak to you, grab a cone, it's the best ice cream I've had. I know it's not made in store but regardless, it's a specialty ice cream! Staff - Friendly enough, I enjoyed not being pestered/slammed with "can I help you", wasn't too much in way of smiles or interaction in general but that's fine with me! I enjoyed my visit and would go back for more goodies.

Great mom and pop Chocolate shop in Finleyville, Pa. Chocolate is smooth, and yummy, starts melting in your hand as soon as you hold it. They have everything you need for your Chocolate fix. This day, I got the Lemon and Blueberry Vanilla bark, Chocolate covered PB cream Oreos, and PB meltaways, everything delicious. If you love chocolate, this place is a must!

What a cute little place! You enter and are greeted with a great aroma of chocolate. The first room has mostly individually packaged treats ranging from suckers to chocolate covered pretzels and Oreos. To the right is a room with candy making supplies (meltable wafers in a variety of colors, molds and add ins). The middle room has a display case where you can make mix and match boxes of chocolate (think truffles, turtles etc). The last room is an ice cream parlor. It has a small menu, but you'll likely find your favorites. The seating area is adorable and cozy and there is even a small playground in the back.A great find if you are in the area.

Cute store, was located a bit out of the way. The store was very cold the day I visited which, didn't make me want to linger too long. In addition to chocolates and candies they sell candy making supplies. The employees were friendly, but I did have to question my total at check out, which was incorrect. I think this store has a lot of potential and I might have visited on an off day.

I've lived in the far South Hills for 17 years, and the other weekend was the first time I visited Pink House. It was a Sunday afternoon and I decided to take my 4 year old for ice cream. Long story short, we felt "unwelcome". The store was empty, but we made our way back to the ice cream room. Our reception was lukewarm at best. It felt like we were an imposition by visiting and giving our business. The positive I can point to was the reasonable price for a single scoop ice cream (plus sprinkles, whipped cream and a cherry).

The Pink House Chocolate shop used to be known as Wagner's chocolates. I was greeted warmly by Michelle who explained to me that this business took over Wagner's but kept their same recipes. All chocolates are made in house. You are permitted to "sample" a couple of chocolates if you are making up your own box. Premade boxes are also available for sale. I had the opportunity to sample both a white chocolate covered cherry cordial and a peppermint bark dark chocolate that had peppermint throughout the chocolate. Both were literally to die for!!In addition to boxed chocolates you can purchase chocolate "pops" in various shapes. They are currently transitioning from Valentine's day to Easter. Michelle told me they plan to make filled eggs in various sizes for sale. There is a small vegan section of chocolates. What they do is take a candy such as a zagnut bar and cover it in vegan made chocolate. I want to note that this candy is interspersed among some regular candy but it is marked vegan on the bag. I like the fact that all bagged candy is marked with an expiration date. You will even find small pouches of vegan hot chocolate! I did purchase a vegan zagnut bag and it is delicious!Their candy is pure without preservatives, made by hand, and made daily. In addition to vegan you can get gluten free, nut free, and Kosher. Make sure to read ingredients or check with a staff member if you have concerns. The house is very charming just to walk through. One room has candy molds and other supplies if you wish to make your own. Their main room sells everything to Steeler sports themed chocolates to chocolate covered wine bottles. I have seen this concept before. You literally bring your own wine bottle and they will douse it in their chocolate for a fee. In addition, there is chocolate bark covering various things like pistachio and potato chips. I ended up buying my husband a chocolate covered Twinkie upon her recommendation.Off to the back they have an adorable ice cream parlor that sells Hershey's ice cream. I loved how the tables were arranged and even one resembled a twin bed. Outside they have a small playground area for children and outdoor eating will be available in the spring. In addition to ice cream they sell Keurig coffee.Michelle told me that they don't do catering but rather people come here to order party favors for that special occasion. The owner Debbie wasn't there but she also has above the vegan shelf a small area where you can purchase jewelry made by a relative. Chocolate themed greeting cards are also for sale as well as aprons and mugs.I was literally blown away when Michelle and I were in the ice cream area and she showed me these mammoth chocolate covered strawberries. They are by no means cheap but believe me they looked so tempting and inviting. I learned that Pink House chocolates are sold in various Giant Eagle Market districts but in a limited supply in their specialty candy section. They also sell candy in various pharmacies and Jefferson Hospital in limited supply. Nevertheless, if there is anything in particular you want just give them a call and they can work with you in making your order.Expect to pay more here but when it is quality that's never an issue for me. The business puts a lot of hard work into making these chocolates and it shows. I'm glad they have something for everyone. The house itself is worth the drive to Finleyville and is just off Rt 88 once you go past Trax Farm and Mineral Beach. They do fundraising and also have a website where you can order directly and learn more about the business itself. Normally candy is a risk for me when it comes to online shopping but they do lay out the terms fairly well and you get a good idea of what they have to offer. They are open daily. Hours vary in winter and summer. Hours also noted on their website.

This place is great. I love their chocolate. The staff is always great too. They have a really great selection of products, including a chocolate covered twinky. They are one of the very few places I've ever seen that has dark covered pistachios. So much here. They have a big display case of candies for boxed candy. Create your own. What an awesome idea. Great local company too. Everybody "LOVES" Sarris, and they are good but this place is great too, just not as well known. It is also more affordable than Sarris is.

Great chocolate. If you like their products at the stores you should stop in their location. There is SO much more here. You can get ice cream here too. Create your own personalized box of chocolates too. How awesome is that?

This is the cutest chocolate shop/ice cream parlor. Just driving by and the pink house just caught my eye. They have a sign inside that says "worth the stop". I can tell you with certainty that it is. They have all kinds of chocolate treats. I had the caramel covered, then chocolate covered Oreos. OMG!!! Yes please!! I also got a strawberry cordial. Delicious! I'll have to go back and have some ice cream. Right now; they're ready for Easter with really sweet ideas...like chocolate covered PEEPS! If you haven't been there, check it out! The lady running the store was very nice so great service as well.
