Delicious diner this evening. Seafood pasta and chicken parm. Drinks were delicious as well. Special Manhattan special. This place never disappoints. Service is above and beyond. In Somerset, stop here!!

Food is just okay. My angel hair pasta was underwhelming and the grilled chicken tasted like it was cooked and reheated on the grill. The manicotti, my friend had, said it was good. Nice piece of bread and veggies included with the dish. The apple pie was good, tasted homemade, with good ice cream and a decent portion. Very slow service.

My fiancee and I stopped here during our recent trip. We love to try out local restaurants when traveling. We stopped in on a Thursday night, which if you didn't know is their pasta night! I had my heart set on this crab alfredo I saw on their online menu. My fiancee ordered a classic reuben. The pasta was fantastic! The pasta had the perfect bite and you could tell the sauce was home made! We also ordered their tater skins as an appetizer. I liked them but didn't love them, they were a bit over-baked in my opinion. Dipping the taters in sour cream definitely made it pretty good though. Our waitress was a very nice woman and did an excellent job! She even complimented my hair which was very nice of her. Overall we had a great time here and loved the food as well as the old timey atmosphere! Really loved all the little western decor they had all over the place! Would definitely recommend!

Setting: I visited for dinner on a Sunday evening around 7 p.m. You can hear other people's conversations sitting in the booths because the booths share a wall. The women's restroom only had toilet paper in one of two stalls.Service: We were seated fairly quickly, but it took a while for a server to come. The server had a friendly demeanor. It took a long time for our food and drink to come. Two other people got their entrees before we did, even though they were seated after us. Food:I had a stuffed pork chop, baked potato, and side salad. The pork chop was overcooked and a bit tough in some places. The potato and side salad were fine. There were no light dressing options. The cheeseburger was unremarkable, but fine.Drink:I had a gimlet. It was nice, but mostly ice.

We stopped on our way to Seven Springs for a quick dinner, well there was nothing quick about it. In the beginning, everything was great, we got our drinks and the side salad within 5 minutes, then everything went downhill... No water refills for while and they took over 50 minutes to bring 1 meatloaf and 2 chicken wraps, the wraps were missing the bacon as requested. The food was simply good not wow but it was good for the value. The service unfortunately was not good at all. We got to the point that we got up to leave and then the food showed up.The couple beside us on their way to Canada, also complained about their food.It is a nice family place if you have the time to wait... They are very SLOW!

This is a great local restaurant! The portions are substantial so keep that in mind when ordering. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. The salad and vegetables were fresh and tasted delicious. If I was ever back in the area, I'd drop by again.

A pretty decent place to stop along a PA Turnpike trip. We recently trekked out to Washington, DC from Cleveland and needed a spot for a quick dinner meal along the way. This old time family-style restaurant fit the bill.My wife and I ordered a side salad to split, then she had a Reuben sandwich and I had a triple decker club sandwich and fries. All of the items were pretty much what you'd expect...* Iceberg and mixed greens lettuce with a few cucumber slices and a tomato on the salad along with homemade ranch dressing* Grilled marbled rye on the corned beer Reuben topped with kraut and swiss cheese* Toasted wheat bread, deli (packaged) meats, bacon, lettuce, tomatoI'd say all of it was good, not great but filling and nothing surprising. Server was attentive and pleasant and we got exactly what we thought we would. Would stop here again under similar circumstances.

I've never had fries on a salad before. Our waitress thought it was crazy I've never heard of that but then again I'm a Hoosier traveling through. Blackened chicken on my salad was perfect and flavorful. My husband had the steak and Brussel sprouts and inhaled it. I didn't catch our waitress's name but she did a great job and was funny. We would definitely stop again when in the area.

Food was sub par. I had the special Chicken pot pie. Could that put anymore flour in the gravy? Where was the chicken? Served lukewarm with a puff pastry top? It was tough, soggy and no taste. Fries were tasteless and my husbands hamburger had old lettuce and tomatoes. Sorry but 2 thumbs down
