A family favorite! We always enjoy the pizza, and it's a quick turn around from ordering to delivery or pick-up!

Great old school Italian hoagie. Definitely going to become a regular. Prompt, great price... easily beats the chain places

Today I was in the mood for an old fashion Pittsburgh Italian Hoagie so I tried Pietro's. After conversing with the fellow on the other line I had a feeling that things would not go well. I just didn't get that confidence or kindness you expect when you spend your money. No thank you. Just a "Delivery in 45 minutes". Not sure why it takes 45 minutes to make a sandwich, 3 minutes for assembly, heat it for 10 then drive it two miles but it is a Friday night, I'm sure they are busy and I really wanted that old fashion Pittsburgh Italian Hoagie so I said "Thank you" and hung up, but only after repeating my credit card number three times...very slowly. So I wait and wait and wait. After an hour I call. He doesn't apologize, simply says "well he left". Well, it's 2 miles away. I can jog 2 miles in 15 minutes so I wait, just in case his car broke down. You know, I'm a nice guy and I'm patient, even if I am hungry and I want that old fashion Pittsburgh Italian Hoagie. So I think, maybe the car broke down and he's really out of shape, so I wait a half hour. No old fashion Pittsburgh Italian Hoagie. So, I call and introduce myself for the third time. "Oh ya, he left". No thanks. I cancelled my order. I said it's been an hour and a half. His response, "ok I'll cancel."I asked that he not charge my card, he said "ya I'll tell him and hangs up"No I'm sorry, no nothing. PIETRO, SCREW YOU!I'm getting my old fashion Pittsburgh Italian Hoagie elsewhere.

Pie was ok but wasn't worth the hour delivery wait. Too many other options that are quicker and taste better.

Yummy pizza and good Italian hoagies too. We usually get the big one. It is a thick crust with a sweeter sauce and just the right amount of cheese. The delivery is fast and friendly. And the prices aren't bad either.

We got a white pizza with pepperoni (but got no pepperoni) and a calzone. Both were pretty good. Just order VERY early, we called at 6:00 (guy who answered had 0000 personality) and was finally delivered at 7:40 (3 miles away). Delivery guy never uttered a word, just stood there with a box of pizza, good thing they told me my total when I called, I would have had to guess! They also don't take credit cards-what a pain, still had to go out in the rain to ATM. Not worth the trouble

Rude, terrible service. Grumpy. Had a very bad experience with customer service. Pizza is tasteless when you feel like a bad customer for just ordering.

Great pizza but often is cold. Not uncommon for 90 to 120 minutes for delivery of cold pizza. Slightly expensive as well.

I love Pietro's! It's truly an authentic Italian, family-owned, neighborhood pizza shop. The ingredients and fresh and delicious and the sauce is so good! The overall quality is second to none. Highly recommend it!
