Ordered two wraps, one veggie and one with grilled chicken. The taste was okay. May be I have to develop a taste for the Piada flavors. This is our second visit in the last few months and both times we had the same feeling. There was nothing bad, nothing great either.

The food was pretty good, service was quick, and it was nice and clean to eat inside although it seems like most people take their orders to go. My mom got the chefs favorite with chicken and really liked it, we both really liked the cannoli chips, too. I got the steak salad, and was honestly a bit disappointed because there wasn't really much steak at all and it was kind of dry, but harissa dressing was sooo good that it kind of makes up for it! Truly, I would have given this 3 stars because of the steak, but the harissa dressing was so good I'll give it a 4.

Of note I have only had their salads, they seem to be the easiest and most transportable thing on the menu for me. During restaurant week they offered BOGO entrees and I loved being able to try all the salad options one for dinner and having the next for lunch the following day. I'm not really sure if they're "healthy" as some people want to tell me but it does taste good!The spicy fried chicken is my favorite protein for sure but adding calamari or some of the other toppings is great to change it up. I MUCH prefer this to the other restaurants of this type in the area.

The style of this restaurant reminded me of Chipotle. However, it's no where near the quality of Chipotle. The veggies and topping were fresh, but the chicken was overcooked and too salty. It ruined the whole meal. Also, I wish I didn't get the pancetta (bacon). It for sure wasn't real bacon. It was like rubber. I picked it out because I couldn't eat it.

Came here for lunch on a Wednesday. I got the basil pesto with penne, chicken, broccoli, bacon, cheese and no tomato. It was a nice size portion for lunch, but it was just way too salty for me. Probably could have done without the bacon and extra sprinkle of cheese. But it was a nice quick option for lunch. Came out to ~$14. Would order something different, less salty, next time.

This is a simple, fast food restaurant with healthy options. Great for a quick salad, wrap or pasta dish. Counter service was friendly and relatively quick. The place could have been cleaner; needed napkins and such refilled, but overall good for a quick healthy lunch or dinner.

Piada may be a chain, but this location tops them all!All the staff is so friendly, kind and welcoming. The manager on shift also went around the tables to ensure that the patrons were well fed and pleased with their service. I really enjoyed this aspect about this location. The ingredients are fresh and plentiful. The food is well kept, clean and organized. I pleasantly enjoyed my Farmer's Market Salad with Grilled Chicken. The lettuce was fresh and the chicken was warm! Could have used a touch less dressing, but I didn't specify how much at the time. The pasta is cooked to perfection and tossed with yummy sauce. The piada wraps are also delicious! The restaurant space is beautiful, modern and clean. Enjoyed the ambiance. What's best is there is a large parking lot and plenty of other stores in the plaza to explore! Definitely would come back soon. food 4/5service 5/5ambiance 5/5

Really enjoyed our experience at Piada in Robinson. Everyone was very kind, and the food was amazing. I got my OG, the avocado with calamari. It's so good and so much food. Matt got the chefs favorite, and added some kinda spicy sauce. He loves piada and would eat here 8 days a week if I'd let him. The restaurant was super clean and they had tons of tables. It was nice to not be piled on top of other customers like other places in the same shopping center. Brianna was incredible. She was so kind and explained their process to us, and where to find the drinks. She even came to check in on us while we were eating to see if we needed anything else. I've been to three other piada and no other manager or supervisor ever came to ask about how the food was. That really impressed me. We will definitely be back, even though this one is far. It's worth it for the experience. Happy Eating!
