The food is delicious! I love having healthier options in my local rotation and Piada really fits the bill. My go-to order is the Power Bowl with salmon; decent macros and super generous portions. Parking can be a little bit dicey during peak lunch hours, but the parking lot security is on point (absolutely do NOT park here if you aren't patronizing one of the businesses in Norman center or you WILL be towed!!) overall, highly recommend this location.

Ordered Piada takeout. The service was great. But overall the food was not as great as I was expecting. It arrived cold, and the chicken tenders were very fatty. The soup was cold, but had good flavor. I am not sure I would order takeout from them again!

I like this place a lot. Good, easy healthy options which I feel is rare nowadays. Love their salads, bowls, and piadas. It's so good! The prices are pretty reasonable for healthy ingredients.

This was my 1st time at one and lemme just say WOW!!!!!!!! It reminded me in a way of a Chipotle but instead of Mexicanthey do Italian street food. I got the avocado piada with Italian sausage. So good and so fresh!!!! Their aioli is very creamy and had just the perfect amount of basil. The pancetta was fresh, it added a nice savory flavor to it. Will totally be back to try some other items!

I typically try to avoid this Piada, because it's definitely not as good as the one in Oakland. It's a much smaller location with very few tables. The service is sub-par. Everyone seems like they don't want to be here and won't acknowledge you upon arrival. During one particular visit, I stood there waiting for my order ahead to be placed on the shelf. Five minutes later, I ask one of the employees about it. Come to find out it's been sitting out on the counter behind them the entire time. So now it's cold and exposed to whatever is back there. They were out of salmon and asked for a substitute. Didn't bother to adjust the price for the cheaper protein. They also gave me the wrong noodles. I didn't feel like dealing with their attitudes that day so I left and emailed corporate. They sent me a $25 gift card. If you order ahead, check everything before leaving. But if you can go to the one in Oakland, do that.

When everyone around is obsessed with tacos and you are not-a had a good bowl of spaghetti and meatballs with parmesan cheese. It was quick and easy. The service was good. Parking is on the street. There are few tables inside. Cost is reasonable.

This place feels like it SHOULD be really good, but it's just not. Have tried a few times and it never really delivers. The marinara pasta is nasty- bland sauce, very little cheese, zero flavor. The wraps aren't bad tho, and I might get again except that last time I ordered, the wrap was almost exactly half the size of what is shown, and what it has been previously. It was wrapped like a burrito, but not cut in half, like it's shown... bc it literally wasn't large enough to cut in half lol We ordered to-go so by the time I realized it, we couldn't head back. So maybe that was a mistake? Or maybe they just changed protocol? Their in-store menu is also confusing, as the sides are not listed on the large overhead sign with the main items, so by the time you see them you've already ordered and are at the register. I would have ordered differently had they been displayed like a normal restaurant. So yes, that was really annoying. Also, when I tried to tip, the woman at the register said that they were not allowed to accept tips, which is a bummer and stupid. Why not let your employees earn a couple extra bucks from appreciative customers? All in all, this place is annoying and disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Over $8 for a tiny wrap with a few shreds of lettuce, a handful of peppers, and an extremely salty spicy ranch. Not a fan, wouldn't order a "chef's favorite" again.

Just got some pasta this place delivered for lunch and this is ridiculously, absolutely awful. Over-seasoned to the point of it being inedible and borderline cold even though it only took 30 minutes to arrive with Priority delivery. Should've just ordered Noodles and Company like I initially wanted to, but I thought I'd give this place a try since it was sooner delivery. Definitely not making that mistake again. The Marinara pasta (if you even want to call it that) was the most over-seasoned mess I've ever seen in my life. It's sad to say, but even a nasty warm jar of Ragú pasta sauce tastes better than this and that's barely $2 at the grocery store. The meatballs were bland and tasteless, which is shocking with the sheer amount of herbal seasoning in this container. Just horrible and the exact opposite of what you'd think of for Italian Street Food - even if it's basically a somewhat-modern Italian version of a McDonalds. And to make matters worse, for the small SMALL price of 3 whole dollars, you can get a soggy piece of bread with some pepperoni it it that's got about as much bite to it as a toothless toddler mashing their gums on potatoes. Just barely lukewarm dough mushing together for little to no payoff. Wait.. actually just no payoff. If you have money to spend, please don't spend it here if you don't have to. Like if you're forced to come here with friends, probably let them know the food's a bit trash and if they already know... maybe get new friends?...I don't know, but this place is just not worth the gas in your car to get there, let alone a delivery fee, tip or anything else on top of the subpar food you'd be purchasing. Save the $15-20 and go somewhere else like Noodles and Co (which legit within 5 minutes of this place) if you're craving fast-food Italian or bite the bullet and pick up a jar of sauce and a box of pasta at the grocery store in the neighborhood. I promise that'll be more worth your time.
