Pho Kim 88

Not my favorite place in Pgh. I ordered com chicken which is a viet dish. If I ordered hibachi, it would have been the same exact dish except the Com dish came with an egg. The egg was overcooked. My husband ordered the viet bun dish. The veggies were not fresh and not seasoned right for a viet dish.I would not come back. The place needs a deep cleaning and needs to actually make distinct,Fresh dishes.

My favorite new sushi take out place! Delicious and prices are fair! Definitely will be back!

I work in Allegheny County and needed to do some groceries before heading back down to Washington. Decided to pick up some Vietnamese which I have never had before. I got their photai noodle soup, spring rolls and crispy cheese wontons. Their portion for their photai noodle soup is huuuge, I mean just look at it. The photai noodle soup has Slice rare beef, onion, cilantro. Then all their soups include siding FRESH bean sprout, basil, pepper, lime,plum-sauce and Sriracha Pho Beef broth. I don't even think I put a dent in it! I absolutely enjoyed all their fresh ingredients that they provided me for it. And am excited to have it for a couple lunches. Their spring rolls were delicious absolutely loved their house fish sauce. The crispy wontons definitely lived up to their name, perfect amount of crispiness. I did have an issue with finding their website. So I ended up asking for a paper menu and then they told me their website is .net which causes some confusion. Which is nice to know because they have such a bigger selection than what I saw on the @yelp menu. The lady at the front was suuuuper helpful with that information and just all around really nice!

Pho 88 is definitely a solid 4.4. The food is great. Personally, I'd request the pork bun or and crab roll. For a drink, get the Thai Iced Tea with its delicious cream and rich flavor, definitely the food is a 4.8. The service is very kind and helpful. They engage with the customers pretty well. Probably a 4.2. The overall ambiance of the place is decent. The only negative is the covid transparent guards. 3.7. Great place in general overall. I'd request it for a quick meal for a stop or take out. Also pretty decent for a in-meal. That's all.

Love this place so much and the value and quality of the menu is worth the money you spend for it. I have ordered here numerous times from seafood kimchi pho to the pad thai to their calamari appetizer, it's all been really tasty and worth the price. Parking is even lovely as well since there are a lot of spots compared to other options places.

My husband picked up two orders of beef pho for the two of us. We've tried several kinds of pho here and all have been very good. The portions are large. The to-go pho is huge! We could have easily been satisfied sharing one, but we're happy to have the leftovers. When they package pho to go, they keep the noodles, the broth, and all the fresh veggie and herb accompaniments separate. This makes all the difference. When pho is packaged all together for to go orders, the noodles are usually too mushy by the time you get it home to eat. We love this place!

Food was good wish the pho was in a beef broth and wish the beef was rare when it was served allowing the hot broth to cook it. Portion was good. Service was fast. Great atmosphere! Will check this place out again

Great consistent food and high quality. Byob and the "boss" always serves us with a big smile!

I've been here twice for lunch with coworkers, and it is always a good experience with tasty food. The first time I ordered chicken pho, which was great. This time I ordered a salmon sushi roll. It was simple, but fresh and tasty. The staff here are friendly and attentive. Our table had our food served within 15 minutes of ordering. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the portions were all generous. We'll definitely be back here again for lunch next time we're in the area.
