Perry O Inn & Suites

I love this place! We got a jacuzzi suite and it was amazing! This motel is very clean and locally owned and operated by the nicest people. They are very hospitable and are genuinely nice. Huge jacuzzi tub, kitchenette, living room area with TV. TV in bed area also. Fridge, micro, coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Also free snacks and bottled water. Nature view in back of building. I highly recommend and hope to stay again.

This place is pure trash dirty everything checked in checked out 25 minutes later. The wash cloth were dirty there was 2 cans of frozen beer in the dirty fridge. The entire room smelled like cigarettes just been smoked the sheet had red stains when asked for a refund owner refused to give a full refund it's definitely a roach motel. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I find it hard to believe that the room the white woman posted on here even exist in the PerryO. They are looking for a quick buck your comfortability doesn't matter.

Hey this isn't the Ritz Carleton and doesn't claim to be. It's clean. It is very reasonable. It is on a busy road. The people who own it, care, try to do right and make you feel like you matter. The owner has flowers planted and a garden in the back. It's a place to rest after a long day traveling.

Called to set up rooms in February. Quoted $60. Confirmed Tuesday the week of, and the day of, in May. Upon arrival learned they'd given our rooms away. Offered other rooms, though not all non smoking and wanted to charge $75. On a bike trip, no other motel nearby - they wouldn't budge. When first called, asked how far from bike trail - woman told us 1 mile up hill. Turned out to be between 2.5 and 3 miles, mostly uphill. Supposed non smoking room had cigarette burn marks on tub ledge next to toilet. Quilt had stain, size of silver dollar. One of our rooms had 9-10 stink bugs on ceiling.
