I like this venue for free live music Wednesdays certain times of the year. The music events are called Penn Hills Coffeehouse.During those events, there's some snacks and soft drinks for sale and they hold some raffles. Seating is at tables, just seat yourself. There was a note on emails for the events that currently it is for COVID vaccinated only. The music events are casual and just a nice way to spend some time at a local venue.

Such an adoreable space. Clean, well maintained and with plenty of parking. Now that I've found it I'll definitely keep it in mind for future events.

The manager double booked on Friday after a contract had been signed a year in advance preventing us from decorating. Saturday , ( the day of the wedding) the manager had forgotten the wedding ceremony as well as the reception where being held at the venue and refused to except responsibility for the errors. The building is charming, the manager and staff however were not. We were excepted to clean up the parking lot, though it had been used for a concert the previous evening and had not been cleaned up then. The building is an old post and beam barn converted to a banquet hall. No air conditioning. Adequate parking lot. The venue is in a residential neighborhood. The only redeeming feature was that it is lower priced than most venues in the area. I would NOT recommend the place to anyone even if cost was a huge consideration. If you do rent it, get every detail in writing and in the contract! For a garden club, the grounds and garden were overgrown and not well maintained. The Wedding itself was wonderful, the building however was not. Not recommended.
