My favorite place to stop when I visit my boyfriends family!!Everything is super fresh and delicious. Prices have definitely gone up over the last year since I began shopping there but it's well with it and that's just inflation. The blackberry hand pie with cream cheese, pork tongue souse, garlic bagel chips, cream cheese dips, and jalepeno cheese bread are always must haves when I go!

I wish I could bottle this small grocery/odds and ends store up with me and bring it back to Ks. I was born and raised in this small town where Peight's resides. It is operated by the local Amish and thus everything is simple and pure. Organic meats and dairy. Homemade everything. And the best "whoopie pies" under the sun!!! My oldest daughter is in love with their homemade candy... the gummy pink grapefruits being her favorite. And while I am a traditional chocolate whoopie pie lover... she favors the pumpkin. I do allow myself some meat when back home in Pa, however because it is all locally and humanely raised. So if you go, you should definitely try the Sweet Lebanon Bologna meat with some Yogurt cheese on some homemade bread with real mayo... its the best sandwich ever!!! I gained 4 pounds on these sandwiches and the whoopie pies on our recent trip! lol

Excellent little grocery store. It is hard to find butchers who sell all organic meat in this day and age. I would recommend Peight's to anyone in the Huntingdon / Mount Union area.

Fantastic prices on meats and cheeses. Good (but rising) prices on bulk foods that have been repackaged.

I love this store. I can get the items I like that I would never find in suburban northern virginia. Items like bluing, old style candy , home made beef sticks. I love the local products. I wish they would come my way. I am mostly in that area on sunday and of course they aren't open.
