Parkwood Inn Restaurant

Pretty good for my first time. I got the pizza and salad meal and a Bloody Mary. Definitely not the place for a Bloody Mary but it will do lol. The salad was pretty good, pizza was alright. The cheese and sauce was good but I'd say the dough/crust was just okay. There wasn't much flavor to me In the crust and I like my crust flavorful. Our bartender was nice and quick. I'd definitely like to try the Italian dishes next time.

This place is known for their thin pizzas and that's what we usually order but today I thought I'd try their French Onion Soup, some of their lasagna and we ordered some wings. Our server was really hustling to get everyone served in a timely manner. He was very friendly and attentive. The dining room was pretty crowded for a lunch rush. I started with a bowl of their French Onion soup and was really blown away by how absolutely delicious it was. It was not overly salty and had tons of tender onions swimming under the glorious cheese and bread topper. This is one great bowl of soup. Five stars! The wings, unfortunately, were very mediocre. They looked freezer burnt or something and were not very flavorful. We ordered the garlic butter sauce on the side and they gave us a nice big portion. The wings were a nice size but very underwhelming in flavor and texture.I got a salad with Roquefort dressing on it. It was okay for iceberg lettuce with a few veggies and pickled beets tossed in. The dressing was surprisingly not very flavorful. Normally Roquefort is very cheesy but this was not. The lasagna seemed like it was frozen and reheated based on the texture of it. The sauce on it was amazing! I really enjoyed the marinara. I think next time we'll stick with the pizza and soup.

A classic restaurant in this area. Good food, particularly the fried mushrooms. Everyone's always friendly. Great staff and a fun classic restaurant and bar.

Been there lots of times, especially in summer when the porch is open. Food is always good and plentiful

Come for the Wednesday karaoke and stay for the food--or is it the other way around? Okay, it's been a few weeks and I forget what I had but I recall it being very good. My fiancée ordered a salad which allowed for a good meal and leftover carry out.I am guessing our young server was relatively new but he kept running and he was more than satisfactory.As for the karaoke, DJ Brenda Lynn does a great job of keeping things moving.

Food was just okay, over priced. Clean but outdated felt like I was sitting in a bingo hall or church hall. Waitress was very nice.

Do not like this establishment. It is a cult rolled into a restaurant. The food is not good, there's little variety, and never anything normal to order

I came in to be a part of the karaoke night! was seated and after 3 minutes was told to leave due to my other friends not being 21. there were children in this establishment but we were kicked out. very rude employees

Parkwood is a great place to enjoy a meal. We love to sit at the bar and watch whatever sports they have on the TVs while we eat. The chicken parmesan is great. We've tried several of their sandwiches as well and have been pleased with all of them. The waitstaff and bartenders have always provided friendly service. We consider this one of the top restaurants in Greensburg.
