Nestled on a quiet residential street, Parisi Cafe is a delightful gem in Swissvale. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing brunch date. The limited indoor seating consists of 5 assorted small tables, each accommodating groups of up to 3 people, adding to the intimate feel of the place. As you enter, you'll notice the large drink menu on your left, offering a variety of options. The sandwich menu is straight ahead, and along the countertop, you'll find an enticing display of flavored biscottis and a small selection of baked goods.Given the recent heat wave, I opted for a classic iced London Fog. The sizes for this drink are either small (12 oz) or large (20 oz), and it's steeped from leaves for a rich flavor. They also offer whole milk alternatives like oat and almond milk, and you can choose between vanilla and lavender syrup flavors. I appreciated the sustainable pasta straw option, although it did break halfway through my drink. Still, it held up better than the typical paper straws. For my sandwich, I went with the turkey, provolone cheese, and egg on a croissant. It was served toasted on a delicate platter, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. The other sandwich bread option was ciabatta, which I'll have to try next time. One thing to note is that the cafe has a window AC unit. On particularly hot days, it can get a bit humid inside. We visited with our 4-month-old baby, and while we didn't stay too long, she seemed comfortable thanks to our portable fan.Overall, Parisi Cafe is a charming spot that I'd definitely recommend for a cozy brunch date. We'll certainly be back to enjoy more of their delightful offerings.

Finally had a chance to stop here for a breakfast sandwich and a latte. I ordered the turkey, egg, and cheese with spinach and tomato on a ciabatta bun. It came out hot and toasty with the cheese nicely melted. The sandwich tasted so fresh and delicious and it paired very well the iced latte. My wife ordered a London fog and they served it with a pasta straw to drink through. This was the first time I've seen a pasta straw and it seemed to work well, especially compared with the paper straws that tend to fall apart after being soaked for a bit. The cafe is so charming and cozy. We brought our 4 month old baby and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Definitely family friendly if you are looking to bring kids. The servers behind the counter were polite and attentive. It took about 15 minutes after we ordered for our food to come out. Drinks came out in about 5 minutes.

What a neighborhood staple! While I only go here when I visit my sister (they go multiple time a week often) it never fails to be one of my favorite stops on my trip. I find myself thinking of their croissant breakfast sandwich often.A cozy little cafe that brings the neighborhood together. After a few visits, you can expect to see the routine crowd and even be prepared for either the owner or others to know your name or at minimu recognize you!

I stopped by here this past Sunday with my wife and twins for our morning coffees. Every Sunday we try to hit up a new local coffee shop and since we had business at the waterfront this morning, we found that Parisi Cafe was somewhat close by. This coffee shop is located in Swissvale in a mostly residential area. From that standpoint I feel like this is the quintessential neighborhood coffee shop as you likely aren't finding it without living nearby or getting help from the internet like we did. The inside of Parisi isn't too large but has a couple of different tables and a max occupancy of 14 according to a sign. Still it would be spacious for 14 and you could easily fit more inside. Besides their coffee they also have a small pastry selection and then also a little Italian market from local Italian restaurants/purveyors. For our coffees on this morning I decided to go with a large latte while my wife chose to go with a small mocha. Then my wife and I split the rosemary Parmesan scone while my kids each had one of the macarons that were offered. As we were waiting, my son spotted a wooden pirates train on top of the espresso machine. I asked if we could look at it and was granted permission. With that we were also told that there were trains and tracks in the storage space of one of the seats. Since my son is an avid thomas fan, he was in his glory and our quick 5 minute stop became 30 minutes. They also had a couple of little people toys as well as some books and cards which kept my daughter busy. The first thing that I tried here was the scone which was delicious. It was crumbly and tasted strongly of rosemary and Parmesan, both of which paired perfectly. After that my daughter shared her macaron which was a nice pairing of rosemary and lavender. Last but certainly not least was my coffee. As I had ordered the owner had refilled the hopper and I was able to see that they used commonplace coffee. From my sip of coffee, I could tell that it had been recently roasted. There was also a nice bitterness to it that was counteracted by the milk. The more that I drank my latte, the more that I could taste the coffee itself which was good as the coffee seemed to have a fruity finish to it.The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our coffees here and our kids enjoyed the coffee shop as well.

Turkey egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was fire! Ambiance is amazing and quaint. My only negative is that maybe they need additional staff and seating. There was only one person working on the day I visited and she seemed swamped.

Checked out Parisi Cafe yesterday for breakfast. Its a cute little coffee shop tucked away in Swissvale. I loved the decor. There are about 5 tables inside to sit at and they were all filled. Luckily, we were taking ours to go. I ordered the Egg and Cheese on Ciabatta. It was good but it took awhile to receive. It looks like they cook each sandwich one at a time so if you do go, do not expect fast service. There is street parking- we didn't have a problem finding a spot out front.

What a charming little shop! So much character in the space - a collected, homey feeling, with interesting fixtures, warm colors, and lots of sunlight. I ordered an americano and raspberry turnover and both were delightful! I love that they were served in real dishes instead of paper or plastic. The service was prompt and attentive! The seating is quaint but a little uncomfortable. Will definitely return next time I'm in the neighborhood.

This small cafe exuberates way too much cuteness for me. Simply adorable in every way! Interesting artwork, displays, and creativity all around makes guests feel comfortable from the start. Enticing pastries, and beverage options galore explains why there was non-stop traffic during my visit. Mostly regular customers based on their conversations . Nice find in a residential neighborhood. Great personal service from the proprietor.
