I tried their Sunday brunch for the first time last week and it was fantastic. We sat in their "patio" which has walls and heaters in the winter. It was very cute and cozy.Their brunch is all Al a carte. I got the eggs Benedict with bacon and it was delicious! My niece got the strawberry chocolate crepes and she said it's the best crepes she's had in pittsburgh.Service was slow but they were super nice and helpful. I haven't had their dinner in about 8 years but I'm excited to go back and try it soon.

We went for restaurant week specifically for the restaurant week menu, which they then didn't have. The service was OK but not great, and the food was decent but we've had better French fare elsewhere. Not sure we will return, but it was still an okay place to have dinner on a date night and we didn't leave disappointed.Edit: Never said my visit was in November. It was July.

We are so happy to have stumbled onto this charming restaurant. We had been driving all day, so 9am we checked into our hotel we looked for a restaurant within walking distance. The decor is very Parisian Bistro, and our server was friendly & informative. We started with a house made Brie (I think) spread with honey, and toast points. It was delicious! My husband had the bouillabaisse, one of his favorite dishes, and it was full of lovely seafood. My confit chicken leg over rice was absolutely mouthwatering! We split some fresh fat asparagus, and had some nice cocktails and wine. If we lived in Pittsburgh, we would definitely return.

My wife and I went here for her birthday, and we couldn't be happier! Having just been in Paris 6 months ago, Paris 66 felt very authentic. Cozy interior with such a fun vibe. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the whipped Brie with toasted bread. The savory cheese with the onion jam and touch of honey on top of toasted bread made for a mouth-watering perfect bite! We also had a perfect baguette. For entrees, we had salmon and the tri-tip (which was a strip steak for the evening). We ordered fries and asparagus for sides. My steak was cooked to perfection, and the espresso butter was the chef's kiss. My wife loved her salmon and raved about the sauce. Our service was wonderful. Chris was an excellent waiter. We will be back, as we are so happy to have found this gem of a restaurant!

This was an interesting experience. My friend lived in France for a few years and for her birthday, she wanted French cuisine. I got the moules frites which is my favorite French dish, and I was not disappointed.

Delightful brunch. Louder inside than on the outdoor patio. Our party enjoyed the French toast and the Paris 66 Omelette - which is HUGE. I cannot imagine how many eggs go into this one omelette. Our server Andrea was lovely. Definitely make a reservation and enjoy.

Delightful service by happy people. Escargot to due for. Loved the calf's liver in a well-balanced balsamic sauce.

We wanted to like it! Came here earlier today for my best friend's birthday. Front of the house seemed disorganized and not prepared to welcome guests. Also the cooking area up front was extremely messy.Server was inattentive until it was time to drop off the check. Food was ok, not memorable and not particularly well done. Also overpriced for the average presentation and taste. Again, disappointed because we wanted to love it, and celebrate a great birthday here!

Paris 66 has been a favorite for several years. We have dined there often but also have had to cancel or reschedule on three occasions (including today). The website indicates there is no charge if cancellation is at least 48 hours in advance of the reserved arrival time.Today (Wednesday) I cancelled an upcoming Saturday afternoon reservation on OpenTable because a friend had to reschedule her Pittsburgh visit. My intent was to reschedule when the friend eventually visits but I didn't have a specific date in order to make a new reservation. After cancelling, Paris 66 owner called me at home, and said he was charging me even though the cancellation was 72 hours before our scheduled meal. He indicated I was being reckless by cancelling on three occasions over a six month period. We like the food and the waitstaff has always treated us well. Along with our reservations, always made on OpenTable, we have been there several additional times as walk-ins without a reservation. The restaurant has been a personal favorite, but we won't be back. I'm not sure what the owner believes he's gained by treating someone who cares for his restaurant in this manner.PS - After reading the owner's response to my review I want to add a little. First, all of our reservations (and the three cancellations) through the years have been through OpenTable. I have never had a direct conversation with anyone at the restaurant about cancelling and rescheduling in order to avoid a fee. The owner has "fabricated" that storyline. Second, he's suggesting although cancelling 72 hours in advance, we still had blocked another customer's ability to dine, suggesting Paris 66 was already entirely booked at 4:30P on Saturday afternoon. Unlikely. Finally, he begins his response by asking what I am trying to do to Pittsburgh's last French restaurant. Sir, you called me at my home to tell me you were going to charge me for cancelling my reservation. What are you trying to do to your loyal client base at Pittsburgh's last French restaurant? My advice - let your good and loyal staff handle customer relations and find a quiet place to sit and cool off.
