Papa Rocks

Always a great meal ! We haven't been since the pandemic- love the pizza and the Italian hoagie. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and healthy. Highly recommend

Super common in the Pittsburgh area, Papa Rocks has an entrance for the bar and another for the dining room area. The bar is large. There's a "party" area in between back. I went for lunch. The menu is massive! They checked the box with every fried finger food that can be desired. We started with the platter (mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, fried zucchini, etc). It was delicious. They have a ton of sandwich & pizza options. I was eyeing up the pierogi pizza, but decided to go with the wings. They were cooked perfectly. The garlic buffalo sauce was super yummy!

Excellent pizza! Good variety of apps sandwiches and entrees. It's 2-3 parts to this venue. There's a bar section, a restaurant and catering section. Very accommodating! Never had anything but good times! Check website for bands on weekends. Highly recommended spot..

I enjoyed my eat-in lunch at this place! We had some family visit from out of town and they accommodated all of us quickly. The servers were very friendly and attentive the entire time. The dinning room is kind of small, but they also have a seperate bar area and s large banquet room in the back for private parties.The food was great! The pizza was served with a nice bubbly crust, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The BBQ chicken pizza was really good. Not to much sauce and I added onions and green peppers and they loaded the toppings.They have a nice variety of apps, giant sandwiches, pastas, and other entrees. Worth checking out.

There's a lot of things to like about papa rocks. First. It is a full service pizza restaurant almost all days of the year for any escape excuse. You want pizza for breakfast on Sunday after sleeping in after a rough Saturday night? Papa rocks. You want a pie to feed your middle schooler's hoard of friends but also a want slice of cheese cake because you deserve it after watching 4 twelve year old scream about which BTS member is the cutest? Papa Rocks. You want to disconnect to read white lotus theorizing on the dead person in episode one with two glasses of wine on Wednesday with your husband judging? Papa Rocks. You want to drink on a Happy Hour budget? Papa Rocks. Second. The bar community is tight. First names flying back and forth because everyone is coming out to watch a football playoff game and watching it at home is boring. And why not? Someone brought homemade sugar cookies to pass around. Three. The price. You can escape for $6 at Happy Hour of $70 because you bought too many shots. Your choice without pretentious beers, drinks, or yuppies. Okay. Then why not give it five stars? First, Because people don't actually reads five stars for a dive bar without being biased and second, because no one's perfect and sometimes it gets crowded and sometimes you have to wait a bit for food during a rush. Which is normal. It's a freaking pizza place not the LeMont. And that's okay. Stop in. Join the family. Eat pizza.

The wings used to be really good but the last few years they've been so soggy with no crisp at all. They also only give you one little container of blue cheese with your order of a dozen wings. The blue cheese isn't free either, it's an extra $2. So it's 16.99 total for a dozen of soggy wings that you question are even fully cooked and a tiny side of blue cheese. Their prices keep going up but the food is getting worse. I've been a customer for many years but I don't think I will be going there anymore.

Pizza has been excellent!We're ordered twice in the past month and the has been correct each time.

Great food and service! We will return for sure! We heard good things about this place and decided to try it out for ourselves.

Pretty decent food. BUT if you order pickup at the restaurant, check your order before leaving. They often forget to include something.Can get very noisy when busy,The help is always nice.

Terrible potato skins, dry, no taste. Certainly not up to their best effort!! Past experiences with Papa Rocks. Disappointed no more gnocchis. Wedding soup was pretty good. I'll be back but will stick with their Italian food which it is what they do best.
