Was in Morgantown for work, and arrived a bit late in the evening. With no desire to go out (after 7+ hours of driving!), I poked about on the interweb (lol) and found Papa Allens. The menu was appealing and had a very good variety of choices. One of my standards for any place like this is the steak and cheese sub. So I ordered a "half" which would pass for a whole in many places - about 8/9 inches!Came with mushrooms, onions and peppers - said no to peppers (hate them). Also ordered the Breaded fried mushrooms, and chose delivery. Website said 35 to 55 minutes, but there was a big football game in town, so not surprising. Pleasantly, the order arrived in about 20 mins :) The steak was nice medium rare slices (NY sirloin?) which is how I like it, and plenty of cheese. Not a lot of onion and mushrooms but considering the size of the sandwich, I'm not complaining. Flavor was great, as was the roll. Fried Mushrooms were good, nothing epic, but nice flavor and cooked just right. I also ordered again the next evening. Got a chicken parm sub, same size (couldn't eat all of either of them!) and a "slice" of cheese pizza. Same as the steak, nice big chunks of chicken, good amount of cheese, but I would have liked more sauce. The "slice" of pizza was actually a whole pizza about 10" around. Kind of a bready crust (I like thin), but it was tasty, plenty of cheese, lots of sauce and excellent overall. Worth being in Morgantown for! Would visit again anytime.

DISGUSTING!!! Previously I have had their pizza and it was very good, however this past time was terrible. I ordered online and even gave them a tip in advance so i assumed it would be decent. The pizza looked really good when I picked it up but when i took a bite it tasted like it had been reheated a million times. The cheese was rubber and the crust underneath was so dark and hard. Also two years ago when I was a freshman in college I went in there to get change for a $100 bill. They have me change and then acted like they gave me $200 instead of $100 in 20s and accused me of stealing and that they would call the cops. When i called them out on it they acted like nothing even happened and let me leave. I was so scared i'm never going there again actually.

We had ordered just a large pepperoni pizza through door dash. Which was great. However the establishment smelled like sewage when we walked in. Would kill anyone's appetite. Was very reluctant to try the food. Other than the smell, service was good and food was great. Hopefully they find out the issue!

Tastes like fair food and they were polite in service. Soda machine was out but soda bottles are priced fairly at $1.79. The restaurants a regular pizza store vibe but they keep the door open to keep it cool. Good place.

I placed an order for a meatball sandwich for delivery and after an hour and a half, and the app saying for about 30 minutes that it was on the way (I live less than 10 minutes away), I called the restaurant and got nothing but attitude from them. I got told that they called and the person that answered said they didn't order any food, so the delivery driver left it outside their door. I asked why they would leave it outside a door to a house where they said they didn't order anything and they said it was because I didn't answer my phone (which makes no sense because at first they said I answered and said I didn't order anything, so which is it?). Then he insisted he delivered it to my address. I told them they never called me and there has been no food delivered. He told me to go check again, which I did even though I'd already checked 5 times. He then got all huffy and said "Ugh well I guess I'll make you another one and have it delivered again. But you need to answer your phone this time." He seemed to be calling me a liar and acting like I was trying to get free food, so I told him I just wanted a refund, and he told me to call the app and then hung up on me. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. Especially since I was really giving them the benefit of the doubt by ordering from them again after my last two orders arrived cold.

I came into town and was absolutely starving. The pizza look good online it is absolutely disgusting. The wings are disgusting as well. It's pretty hard to mess up a hot wing but they managed to do it. The pizza had big chunks of what looked to be pieces of fat Off of bacon or ham. It was absolutely gross. I called them to complain and ask what the big chunks of stuff was. They had no idea they couldn't give me an answer so basically I spent 40 bucks on garbage save your money do not go there.
