Panda Express

Panda Express is a Chinese-American restaurant chain that has thousands of locations across many countries. I have been a customer of the location in the North Hills of Pittsburgh multiple times.At this particular Panda Express, the menu lists foods such as cream-cheese rangoon, chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken, honey-walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, and kung pao chicken. Tonight, my husband went inside the restaurant to order food. He said that the employees performed their jobs "fine." We ate the food at home. We thought that the orange chicken and the mushroom chicken contained fresh ingredients and tasted OK. We thought that the chow mein contained too much cabbage and needed more noodles. We thought that the chicken egg rolls had crispy and oily wrappers and tasted OK.We have always preferred local Chinese restaurants over Panda Express, and after our order tonight, we still think that other Chinese restaurants serve better-tasting foods.

I have to start off with that I am not a huge fan of cheese food in general.This was my first time at any Panda Express.I went in last week to check it out and to give it a shot.I would say it is like a chipotle for Chinese food.You get in and you have a choice of 3 sizes small bowl a plate or a big plate.I got the small bowl figuring to give it a shot.I got white rice and beef and broccoli.the service from beginning to end was great and the staff where friendly.The meal was good and the price was pretty good.I probably would try it again in the future.the convenience of walking in and out or walking in and eating immediately is a big plus in my book.Overall I would say Panda Express was very good and do recommend you try it if you are int he area.

Located as a stand alone on McKnight This is a drive through or eat in Example of watered down cute themed place Chinese food ...as in you pick a bowl or a plateThey have the typical usuals of "American"Chinese right down to the fortune cookiesBeef and broccoli sweet sour chicken And of course chowmein and fried riceMy son referred to Panda as the chipotle of Chinese The food is there right in front of you ready to choose Adorable take out containers in redThey have ample seating and get this perk big TVs with sports on My New York Mets!!!! I love you Panda Express My fried rice with two spring rolls was tasty enough I really like their teriyaki sauce Food is simple service was friendly Fortune cookies for dessert It's all very cute One nice thing they have a video of their charity work ...This place is great and I will be back take it for what it is and you will love it They also have little stuffed pandas for sale

Finally tried a Panda Express one day for lunch. The shrimp entree I got was ok. The chicken egg rolls however I thought were very good. I would definitely get them again if I go back. The crab rangoon I also got was not to my liking so I would not get it again. The service I received through the drive through was very good.

Customer service 5 stars. Food 1 star. First time I did take out here. I live literally 2 blocks away and food was room temp, noodles had the texture of styrofoam, everything was basically flavorless and bland. All of it tasted like frozen food that had been cooked hours before and sat there all day until the life was completely drained out of it. Akin to eating shredded cardboard. Used a coupon, got 2 plates for $10, not even worth that. Absolutely joyless dining experience.

Yesterday I went there for lunch. I discovered that most serving bowls are empty. There is only one cook. The workers are stoned faced and unfriendly. I left. No excuses. I know that the Chinese foods are American tasted,

Horrible customer service. We ordered food to be delivered to our workplace. A third of the order was missing. When we called we were told they would not refund the missing items and we needed to come to them to get the food. This was from the manager on duty. She could not even be bothered to give us the corporate office phone number. In good conscience I cannot even give them one star but it won't let me post without a star.Update: after a second call they managed to figure out how to process a refund.

terrible! i will not be eating Panda Express ever again! they gave me raw meat on one bowl, so I ate the other one I got. an got food Poisoning! #DontEatThePandaOrThePandaWillEatYou

Noodles were dry and cold, only got 4 pieces of shrimp that I payed extra for and only got 4 pieces of broccoli. Save your money and eat local
