Pampered Palate Cafe & Bistro

Came in for a Friday morning breakfast around 9am. There weren't any people seated inside when we walked in, but the place started to fill up as we were eating. They do a good business! I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich; sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. The bagel was delicious. Tons of everything topping and the bagel had a nice chew. The sausage, egg, and cheese all seemed fresh. I had a black cold brew and it was smooth, not bitter at all. I also had a cheese danish. It was fresh and just sweet enough. My friend had the broccoli cheddar quiche and said it was yummy. I loved the seating availability and the fact that the bar seating along the window had a ton of outlets. This would be a great place to work remotely.

Stopped in for coffee at the Pampered Palate Cafe in the Mill Creek Mall in Erie. I could not discern any difference between the bold brew and the medium brew - they both tasted like colored water. Ended up asking the cashier to spill out the cup of coffee because it was undrinkable. (There was no offer of a refund.)

Excellent food and environment. Plenty of parking. Bake goods fresh every AM. Catering is wonderful. Reasonable prices very efficient plenty of food. Staff goes above and beyond expectations.

Food was delicious. We had the mac & cheese, Thanksgiving turkey sandwich, pesto chicken sandwich, and California salad along with a chocolate chip scone and oreo brownie. The scone was really perfect texture and moisture. It was not too busy when we went on a Monday at lunchtime in mid-November, so the ambiance was an enjoyable level. The women's restroom was a little gross, however. While it appeared to be somewhat wiped down, it had an overall dirty feel and grunge had been allowed to build up around the toilet.

Cappuccino and flatbread sandwich were both equally amazing. Nice quiet atmosphere and was able to read my book for a while. Friendly staff that were very nice and helpful. I live an hour away but will come back if I find myself in the area again.

Great little local spot with good coffee and food! I especially like stopping here for lunch :) The daily quiche was just okay, I prefer their pastries for breakfast.

We stopped by here for lunch and tried a sandwich and salad. It was busy because of the Eclipse but the employees were handling it well and we got our food in a reasonable time. Both of our entrees were very fresh and delicious.

This place always has great food. Have been going to them for years. The drive thru makes it easy and fast to pickup preordered staff meeting lunches.

I think it is over priced and the service was bad. They didn't greet us as customers but their register still wanted the customers to tip them. I tipped them but I hope they can greet customers and smile a little bit.

Love this place. The staff that works during the weekday mornings are lovely. The staff on the weekends? Different story. So I opt to only visit during the week now. Great overnight oats, good coffee. I do recommend that they update their winter/fall hours on google and their website. Super frustrating to drive thirty minutes to find they have changed their hours via a sticky note on the drive through.
