Original Italian Pizza

Would really love to support a local pizza shop but unfortunately will not be going back to OIP. The food has always been mediocre, but we recently gave it another shot with a simple XL pizza with veggies. After picking up the order, I thought it smelled odd (not like a delicious pizza should) and after taking it home and tasting it we realized the olives on it were rotten. It was quite awful - I'm not sure how the staff could have put that order out the door. We had to throw out all of the pieces with olives and the smell was sickening. Very disappointing.

Worst. Ordered wings. They arrived with the skin rubbery not baked..ugh..zero taste. Not even able to put in my mouth. I even gave an 8 dollar tip.Moving forward..I called to explain. They said there was nothing they could do. "THEY PUT THEM ON A TIMER". There was no apology. NO Offer to try again.I called back asked to speak to manager..this was the Manager! Asked to speak to owner NO!.He broke his foot.I said ok. I am posting this all over.I have given you a Great deal of business..All DONE.

Food decent, though cold, because of everything else. First they accused me of prank calling them after I called, said 2 words, phone dropped, and called back. Then ordered something simple, pizza and a sub for pickup. Waited over 45 mins while I saw others, everyone else get served. I finally asked for a second time and found out that our order had been sitting on top of the pizza over for about 25 mins. No one paid any concern, at all.

When choosing an OIP location definitely matters. This OIP is a favorite location for us.

Every weekend my girls & I get together one night for a girls night. We either go out for dinner or get pizza and stay in. For girls night we always go to OIP. Great menu, staff knows us by name, and staff is VERY nice! We mix it up some weeks, but pizza and cheese bread is great and the chicken salads are amazing!

Best Pizza in town!! Try the white pizza, it's delicious and they never disappoint! Wait time is always reasonable and the staff has been very nice and polite every time!

Went there recently and had food that was so nasty it made my mothers food look good, needless to say I will never return

We always ordered food from here for yrs , I don't know what happened but it has gone down hill, My daughter ordered chicken parm. When we picked up and brought home. You could barley eat it, chicken was tough and hardly edible and the spaghettiHad very little sauce, we called and talked to manager And his attitude was he didn't seem to care Needless to say we won't be going back, sad because we used to love this place and ordered quit a bit

It took an hour and a half for a pizza and a cheesesteak to be delivered a mile away. Until we received the food, it was cold and old. After ordering, the guy said it would be 40 minutes... When I called after an hour and 15 minutes, he said they only had one driver for the day and the food was on it's way. Maybe they should have told us they only had one driver so we could have either ordered elsewhere or sent someone to pick the food up. They have lost our business and we order 5 days a week. Too bad, OIP.

I love the food here, it's one of the only OIP restaurants that I enjoy going to. Although the food may be good, the service is terrible. Every time I go to this restaurant, it's dirty. It's like no one ever cleans the floors, tables, etc. Also, every time I order delivery it takes at least an hour, usually about an hour and a half. That's ridiculous! I only live a mile away, not even. Extra toppings for pizzas are a bit pricey, and when you do add any extra toppings, they're very stingy with them. I don't know, I love the food, but hate the service. They don't care about their customers.
