Oliver's Donuts

What a delicious donut. I've passed by this donut shop many times but it had already closed for the day every time I thought about going. Today, I finally got to try this donut shop and I wasn't disappointed at all. I was a little apprehensive to try the Huckleberry donut but I was proved wrong and had the most delicious donut ever!

I really do not understand the hype behind these donuts...Yes the flavor options are unique but the quality isn't really there. I got their signature huckleberry and it was just an underdeveloped lemon blueberry donut in my option. It was pretty dry and tasted like a cake donut from a gas stationInside was a really hipster vibe with the lighting set up, plants, chairs etc. You'd know what I mean the second you walk in. The cashier was also very pleasant and helpful with donut recommendationsI will say the coffee looks bomb and wish I did try some. I would like to go back and give it a second chance but it'll be hard with all the other donut options around the city

Such a great little coffee shop on the Main Street in Lawrenceville! It used to be an old bank, but was converted to a multi-use market space-with Oliver's at the forefront. (They also have a walk thru option, too!) Coffee is delish and everyone there is just so sweet and friendly. They have quite a few seats available, which usually never fill up from what I can see. They also have a variety of beautiful doughnuts (with fun flavors like lemon, lavender etc). You can tell they're homemade too, they are AMAZING. Make this a rotation for your morning coffee routine!

I know cake donuts can be divisive, and in general, I know Pittsburgh is probably more of a yeast donut town (including my wife). I appreciate the adventurous flavors they try here and the crisp exterior - albeit they can be a little dry at times or not as strong as flavors.I appreciate being able to order online and that they have parking it back, and overall a good little spot to visit in my opinion.

This review is based on a cortado I had in house on a random Thursday afternoon in March. I don't come to this cafe too often, but the atmosphere is lovely, and I now rank their coffee and overall presentation as the best in the competitive coffee environs of Lawrenceville.Milk Steam Quality: 5/5. Perfect temperature. Texture smooth as silk and the cream held up throughout the 10 minute consumption of the beverage.Espresso Quality: 5/5. Honestly if I could give them a 6/5 for this I would. This was, indeed, one of the best cortados I have ever had in terms of the espresso flavor profile holding up to steamed whole milk. It rivals my favorite cafe in the entire world for espresso/milk quality, which is Maketto in Washington DC. I'm very happy this place is in my neighborhood!Service Quality: 5/5. Everyone is lovely :)Ambiance Quality: 4/5. It's not a huge space, but they do a great job repurposing an old 60s era community bank building. The space is shared with a wine bar and other retail boutiques, but it's a good spot to sit and possibly work or just sip on coffee.

I met some colleagues for coffee here, and of course we had to try the donuts too. I had the Juniper and pear donut, perfect flavor! I also had a cappuccino. My colleagues had the vegan gingerbread donut and the huckleberry donut (the house specialty), both delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was adorable. There are some cute local shops right in their space. They didn't open until a little later, but I'll definitely stop back when I can enjoy some donuts and shopping

Yummy find in Lawrencevillw! Nestled in a building on the corner of Butler Street, we enjoyed 3 types of donuts when visiting Pittsburgh: Vanilla Sprinkle, Huckleberry, and Chocolate Sea Salt were all great. Coffee is available; however, we enjoyed the complimentary water. There are other shops in the building to enjoy. The service was quick and pleasant and there was ample seating. We were vacationing and we saw other guests working while they enjoyed their treats. Glad we found this local spot!

Delicious cake donuts and wonderful staff! I love going to Oliver's Donuts because the space is bright, clean and calming and you could easily bring a book or your laptop to work. I've tried a variety of their donuts and they're all delicious. Today I tried the pumpkin and chocolate mint. The pumpkin donut had a beautiful glittery and glazed finished and wasn't overwhelming with the pumpkin flavor. It was balanced and not overly sweet. Again, these are cake donuts so they are thicker. Located in the Lawrenceville Market House, we are lucky to have quality donuts so close by!

Delicious donuts! One of my favorite donuts in Pittsburgh. Oliver's donuts is located in Market house. There is not a ton of seating but I had no problem finding both a seat and an outlet on a Friday afternoon. Since it's in Market House there are a few shops you can browse too! Perfect place to study or get some work done. There were a variety of donuts to choose from including seasonal flavors. I tried the lemon lavender which is a summer seasonal flavor and it was delicious! The coffee was also very good. The coffee cup was very cute and featured Oliver the cat on it as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Since it was my first time there I struggled to choose which flavor donut to get. Staff helped me pick by telling me which flavors were popular and also gave a disclaimer when recommending super sweet donuts. Overall a great experience!!
